  Hi @airtelindia, I just moved into my new place and your service coverage here is really bad. The other person is unable to hear or understand me and the internet does not work at all. Even after paying a huge amount for all the family members, none of us are getting the service.

  @airtelindia Time's a filmmaker's currency, can't buy it back. WiFi blackouts in Diamond Harbour 743331 for 2 months isn't a minor glitch. You take full fees with a smile; I expect flawless service & full commitment. Fix it tonight. Be the hero, not a plot hole. @Airtel_Presence

  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . First your staff came and took money for wifi installation without checking location .After two days installation staff called and told it is not possible to install wifi at my location. Can you please cancel my booking and refund my money .

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.
