So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I'm a very old customer of Airtel. Still poor and pathetic customer service. You guys are extortionists. Being a loyal customer I converted everyone to Airtel and took family connection. My old parents have no way to connect now without phone.

@airtelindia your broadband services are very poor. Had given a shifting request on 18th and till date nobody has even got in touch with me for it. This is the situation even after calling up the call center repeatedly. Will disconnect and take some other service provider's plan.
