So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

@airtelindia Worst service. There is no option to call to customer care and talk to them. The chat bots, FAQs are pretty useless. The IVR is timewaste. Airtel Thanks app doesn't show required options. What is the way to check data usage history?
