From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Sir I'm from Nagaland shukhovi village using Airtel sim about more than 2000 of population recharging of more than of Rs 300 every month but your airtel network doesn't work properly in this region. In other places people started using 5G but we are not able to 4G

Raised a request regarding Volte (Internet not working while on call) on 13th April, the request was closed today stating resolved, however I'm still facing the same issue and customer care is not responding. Please fix the issue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia After several request with airtel executives Mr Raja Verma no help given in connection with recharge of 699 and access of Amazon prime. with Mob No 7068703372. After lapse of 3 days no solution from the airtel.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As a user of your service from past 7 years I must say that airtel has very poor customer service. Every time I register a complaint on #airtelthanksapp it shows the issue has been solved but in reality it never is. Very disappointed with airtel.
