    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    @sohamronnie @airtelnews STANDALONE 5G working fine across Boinchi with different multiple MACRO FIBER BACKHAUL BTS. But problem is in RAYPARA there is a UBR MINI 5G CELL tower, that tower still not upgraded to support STANDALONE MODE. That's why I requesting to @airtelindia to UPGRADE that cell also

    What a service airtel guys provide, raised a service request today for DTH not working and they closed the request on there own without even a visit. Planning to give my 40k business to other providers. @airtelindia @reliancejio open to your offers

    Dear @airtelindia Worst wifi service and wifi net speed i have ever experienced, despite complaining no engineer visited and problem marked solved on the app without taking any feedback,I want disconnection and refund if u can't take responsibility for your poor wifi service.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia . My 79yr old father is severely ill & confined to bed. His SIM card is damaged, & the store is barely 4km away, yet we are told home service isn't possible. How can a senior citizen get a replacement? Please escalate & help. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Sorry to raise this on X, but I’ve been trying to shift my connection within the neighborhood for the past 2 weeks. I’ve already contacted customer care 3 times, but there’s been no resolution or update. Requesting your team to please look into this

    My WiFi is down and @airtelindia support can't help until 7 AM because their apps are down. This doesn't work for my night shifts! Really disappointed with the service. 📵 #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence Automatically a request created in Airtel app for network connectivity issue, got call within 5hr of post, false hope again as no one still came to resolve the issue, connection in same state, of its airfiber issue can it be switched to wired fiber @airtelindia @airt
