So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

@airtelindia i have prepaid for a new airtel dth on saturday and have still not got any call or any kead about who is going to come and install airtel setup box at home.. have tried customer care number multiple times, still no answer..is this how you treat your prepaid customer
