    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

Yesterday you team asked for number I shared number but till now no update. Are you willing to solve my problem if no refund my money.

    I initiated port out of Airtel, which was my service provider for more than 16 years because of pathetic customer service related to network issues faced by me because of faulty sim. Replaced sim twice with no solution. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia gives a pathetic service. We live in dlf phase -3 V block and nobody is coming to check from a week now . Our office work is suffering . We are taking leaves because of them. #banairtel #poorservice.
