    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Your customer care sold a WiFi + OTT plan. The OTT service stopped working within 24 hours, and despite registering a complaint 2 days ago, there has been no resolution. Your team was quick to sell the plan but seems unwilling to support it. #PoorCustomerService

    @purusa0x6c lmao same **** with @airtelindia !!! data in phone is v poor and fiber gets into trouble for atleast three days a month!! it's happened regularly for the past 4months!! my life is totally tangled up with internet 😭 and here neither data works not xtreme fibre

    @airtelindia Xstream Fiber has a unique weekend plan: no internet every Saturday and Sunday. At this point, it feels like our bandwidth is being donated elsewhere. If weekend service isn't possible, please let other ISPs enter the area. #AirtelDown #Pathetic @jagograhakjago

    I know most of the customer service is bad but @airtelindia is the king of bad customer service. The actual service is not bad, they just make it impossible to get in touch with their customer service. The chat in the app is useless. The number only takes MNP requests

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

    @airtelindia a very poor service by airtel. Since last 5 days my IPTV is not working and everytime I call only escalation assurance is provided and no fix. Summer vacation and no TV
