    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @DevashishBhuyan fast speeds on paper don't matter when the connection is constantly down. @airtelindia should focus on fixing service quality instead of just marketing numbers.

    Pure harassment by @airtelindia . Ended up paying for their iptv while it was not working. Called airtel support for deactivation of wifi + iptv and they denied stating system is not working. Got an email on 29 asking to unbundle and then write to them which was done on June 1.

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia I literally have no way to cancel @airtelindia plans even after begging them for a month now. The IVR call doesn't work, I can't cancel on the app, airtel customer service on X doesn't help, and they keep billing me. There's no way I can cancel fiber plans.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service in ahmedabad , biggest mistake to move to you guys leaving Airtel and Jio @JioCare @airtelindia Every week for 2 days no connectivity but payments in advance for all days Do we look like fools?

    @airtelindia Never knew that airtel is been controlled by a technician & can reschedule the shifting at his own just 20 min prior to commitment without the concern of customer & had the audestity to say "apna mood nahi hai, doosra aayega" Whom to be blamed ? Who is responsible?

    No help yet! Agent who came to port SIM and promised so many things isn't responding and not fulfilling even basic things like merging Wi-Fi and Postpaid accounts. The guy had previously lied about the charges. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have been facing issues with my wifi connection from the day it’s installed, multiple calls have been made to technician and and customer care but my issue is not yet resolved simply fake assurance.The horrible service and harassment to customer.worst @airtelindia

    9 full days with absolutely ZERO network coverage in my area. Complete radio silence from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Is this what we pay premium tariffs for? Total blackout is affecting my work and daily life. Fix this outage immediately!
