  So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

  Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected.   @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Just useless and hopeless customer service from this company. I've been trying for the past month to disconnect my Airtel AirFiber connection, but they have shown absolutely no concern for my request. Is this really how you treat your customers? I urge everyone to think twice before taking any service from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. @Airtel_Presence
