    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Need urgent resolution. Ticket# 131286732. Relationship#704128152 Advance paid for 3 months, disconnected. Need rest of the rental refunded according to agreement with customer executive. No need for multiple mail chains. Resolve it ASAP

    @airtelindia I have been your platinum postpaid & broadband customer from almost 5 Yrs now yet facing such poor support. Your team denied me my monthly bill. Such poor service & ain't you denying my right to information!! TIME TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER!! @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Really bad experience and would urge everyone if planning to buy airtel..be very very careful about these hidden charges and at the time of buying ask the sales executive to provide some kind of document with everything in writing..@airtelindia

    @airtelindia worst services once you pay for their services they wont bother if services work or not. Facing issue with my broadband from last 2 days and since no action is taken and when I applied for there broadband they use to call me 5 times a day

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI So far Airtel has closed my complaint three times saying that your complaint has been resolved but no such redressal has been brought. These buses are just sitting to rob people and not to handle anyone's complaint.

    Despite activating DND service on my phone, I usually get 10-15 spam calls daily from Fraudulent bank credit card, Advertising companies and financial apps. Even @Truecaller is unable to identify some of them. Help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hours, when no response. Also, when I had called to their customer care they kept my call on mute and they were laughing and make customer fun. This is @airtelindia who claim they are best in service provider & customer interaction. This is situation of @airtelindia 2/3
