So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

@airtelnews Honestly it has gone worse. Yesterday my outgoing was discontinued all of a sudden. Had to visit store to enable it back. Today again now incoming has been barred. unnecessarily playing with the old ones & enforcing customer to port to some other nw. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia The people who are calling us using abusive language to clear payment are very well trained at Airtel I believe. But when asked about our queries, then plz email us, call us, dm us... All **** starts then. How ridiculous.

N#9 Tried again #121 and got my #7th Customer care person Adi** @airtelindia . She's is again asked me various things, issue etc and have now asked me to hold while she finds out... It is now 1hr 25 mins I think.
