  So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia I have contacted Mr. Ankit Awasthi, Mr. Sumit Kumar Saini (Engineer), and Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pal ( Engineer) several times regarding this problem, as they were involved in the installation of my connection.

  @airtelindia, my Airtel WiFi has been down since 2days without resolution. Every time I call, there’s a recorded IVR message saying services will restore soon, but the timeline keeps extending.

  2-3 years, they said wait u have used up all ur data. I said i have unlimited data. Then they said to raise a complain. it is shameful. I should not have to go through such inconvenience. This in no way is balance data issue. Pls do something or i will have to port @airtelindia

  Paying for Unlimited 5G but getting stuck with unstable network drops. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my daily 4G quota gets wiped out because your "Unlimited 5G" refuses to stay connected. Is this the "5G Plus" experience you promised? Kindly resolve this glitch immediately! 😡
