I recharged today (29 Aug) and haven’t even used 4GB, nor exhausted the 300GB 5G limit. Please resolve this.

Airtel signal completely disappears for 3-4 hours daily for multiple users, while other networks work fine. Looks like a local tower power backup or maintenance issue. Please check and fix it."
