    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @JoshiPralhad I have been receiving the same response for almost a month. My complaint was registered on 28 May 2026, but the issue is still unresolved. How much more time will it take to resolve it? Kindly provide a clear timeline instead of repeated updates. Complaint Ref No: 4779952084095

    Absolutely loving the new Airtel AirFiber experience. The Wi-Fi disconnects so often, it practically enforces a healthy digital detox. 👏 Unfortunately I paid for AirFiber, not AirFlicker. Fix it, or issue me a refund. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel #AirFiber

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Since last more than 5hrs we are facing airtel fiber wifi issue. Trying to launch complaint via app it saying it takes 5hrs everytime. This is not example of good service. Please sort this.

    @airtelindia Hello, we haven't had internet connectivity for the past two days. We tried calling your helpline, but the call isn't going through. Please provide a solution as soon as possible; otherwise, we will be forced to cancel our connection and switch to another provider.

    Recharged with ₹399 after @airtelindia announced unlimited 4G data, but now my data is capped. @Airtel_Presence, why are customers being misled with false claims? Kindly fix this issue and provide what was promised.

    @airtelindia Mr. Sunil Mittal, My Wi-Fi no. 03310188024_dsl Since last 5 days, i am trying in customer call centre/ following up/ calling to local executive Mr. Kaustav Bhattacharya, yet the Wi-Fi shifting in same building from 21st floor in Tower 7, Urbana is not yet done.

    @airtelindia extremely bad service at Kolkata for shifting Wi-Fi from one floor apartment to other floor apartment in the same tower. The service team is cunning asking for new connection instead of shifting.
