@airtelindia totally disappointing, customer service team is moving in circles and no resolution to the complaints raised. Every time they buy more time and no resolution yet. My services are inactive for the last 5 days and it’s super critical to resolve the issue. I need help.

The services of @airtelindia is deteriorating day by day, our FTTH connection is down for over 34 hours and still no resolution. The technician keeps on telling that it will resume in an hour and that one hour is almost 34 hours. @Airtel_Presence we better switch to @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The reason I had to go for DTH dis-connection was because Airtel could not service my apartment which is untrue. I have been approached by agents that they can provide the DTH connection if I pay them Rs.1500. (7/n)
