    Still no response from @airtelindia or @Airtel_Presence. No call, no update, and no resolution. This clearly shows how seriously Airtel takes customer complaints. Very disappointing service in Bangalore. How many more days am I supposed to wait?

    @airtelindia I raised a Wi-Fi connection request on 1 July, but no one has visited my home and there is still no resolution. I have used Airtel Postpaid for 18 years, and it is disappointing to see how Airtel treats loyal customers. Request ID: U5QZHBS87G

    @airtelindia pathetic service, pathetic customer care executive/ supervisor, lodged no wifi complaint on 8th (thou internet wasn't coming from 6th) even today nobody is responsible enuf to contact. No1 knos whn it ll b resolved..

    @airtelindia Raised a service request on 7 Jul (SR: 11034489312). An engineer visit was promised for 8 Jul, but my issue is still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups, no proper response. Very poor customer support. I want to cancel my Airtel Broadband connection. @Airtel_Presence
