    @TRAI @airtelindia @narendramodi Airtel DTH intentionally not letting choose their customer self pack. Their Customer Care executive asking to recharge from Paytm so that we cannot choose self pack. @TRAI please take suitable action.

    @airtelindia Wanted to change my e sim from one phone to another. After 2 hrs Solution provided by Gallery is that I once again convert to physical sim and then re convert to e sim. This will take 24 hours with no mesage facility. Disaapointed. Call Centre Team: 0/10
