    @airtelindia there is no Internet from last 4days and Call CENTER provide standard replies that service will resume within 24 hrs. Allocated services Engineer never visited till date ! This is very pathetic and painful experience. @Airtel! @airtelindia you are forcing to switch.!

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia installed hispeed fiber broadband on 22 Nov stopped working on 22 Nov rectified on 5 Dec, stopped working on 6 Dec started again on 7 Dec stopped on 15 Dec not working despite complaints and calls. Return my money NOW.

    @Airtel_Staff I'm requesting a Wi-Fi waiver due to prolonged service issues and no response from your team. Raised complaints & called back many times with no proper resolution. This is my annual plan and I haven't taken any waiver this year. Please @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on a scale of 1-10 I don't think u deserve even 1. Network connectivity is poorest currently. Inspite of repeated complaints there's no solution & u just mark as complaint closed did u even bother to call & ask abt issue?Are we bng taken for granted?
