    I really have concern with all telecom companies. Like if someone don't want to use 4g service and they only need new sim card for calling then also they need to pay 249,299 to get new sim. And with this they will get 1-1.5gb data/day. Like why @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev yesterday after wasting 5 hours for service issue. Now the Internet is down. Airtel needs to be equipped and then start service because tats causing a lot of inconvenience to customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel seems to have lost will to resolve issue with a post paid sim customer. My first report of not able to connect was launched in April when I was on overseas, now I am back still not working. Really pathetic service. @VittalGopal #SunilMittal

    Very unprofessional behavior from @airtelindia. Applied for Xstream Fiber, & paid the charges. it has been a week since they have not installed the connection. The sales guy is not answering the phone and customer care 121 refuses to register the complaint. @jagograhakjago.

    @airtelindia i must say you such a irresponsible network, around 5 calls and 5 days of no network on wifi, you are shameless that you still charge me fine if payment is due date passed for 1 days, my office hours area affect, who will pay this?? @Airtel_Presence @consumerforum
