  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Retaining customer funds for failed server transactions and adjusting them toward upcoming billing cycles without explicit user consent is an unfair trade practice under CPA 2019. Charging for a service non-functional for 60+ days is completely unacceptable.

  @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I paid ₹500 on 11 August 2026 for a new IPTV connection. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, I have only been told, “It will be done today.” Unfortunately, no installation done.

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia People don’t even need high-speed internet. If BSNL could provide 500-600 kbps speed, people would immediately shift to BSNL. But currently, BSNL is in "no service" mode.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄

  @airtelindia You guys literally charge 400rs for one month recharge, saying unlimited data. Tell me what’s the use of unlimited data if you can’t provide network service? I’ve to do additional recharge of 45. Still no network? And your customer care number never works.

  @airtelindia I ported to Airtel Delhi NCR, but 5G service is very poor, it's not working, continuously switching between 4G and 5G. What's the issue?
