    @airtelindia I took a google one plan as a complementery service from Thanks app. Now when I want to upgrade, I am not able to remove airtel plan although, I have unsubscribed from Thanks app. Please help. your chatbot does not help, is there any ther way ??

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the relocation service. I was given a relocation slot between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM, but no one contacted me. Customer care couldn’t provide any update and eventually disconnected the call. I have to vacate my room today. @AirtelWiFi143

    Airtel's Wi-Fi isn't working at all. I've been facing this issue for the past four days and have called customer care three or four times. Every time, I get the same response—that the network will be restored or the issue resolved within four hours, @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Hello airtel, I am a postpaid user, I have received an sms related to Amazon prime renewal, and the cancellation link on that sms doesnt work. Your 198 services are time wasting, spend two hours on IVR, with all crap information recitations. How to stop the renewal @airtelindia

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.

    Dear @airtelindia, after multiple unresolved service failures, repeated follow-ups (15+ calls), a failed IPTV migration that suspended my DTH, billing confusion, unresolved WiFi UPS warranty despite invoices and poor customer ownership, I have finally cancelled my Airtel Black AC

    @airtelindia Thank you for NOT relocating my Wi-Fi within the promised timeline. Multiple calls to customer care got no meaningful response or were disconnected. Now I have no internet & don’t know how I’ll work tomorrow. Extremely disappointed.
