    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic day by day. In Uttarakhand most of the city areas are sufficient from low network & call failed problems. We are not even using 5% of regular data because of slow network I urge to all Airtel subscribers to switch network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My brother lives in USA and his sim has damaged so I've approached customer service center and New sim has been issued after all the necessary documents have been collected .. but the sim hasn't been activated so far citing very silly reasons ..

    @airtelindia I am at your airtel store with my 66 years old ailed father since one hour without being attended by your guys. His sim is having some issues. We need a replacement, but airtel need the owner of the sim in person. He is a CLD and CKD patient.This is really pathetic.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service provider ever. At first 1 month free DTH was promised, thereafter within 10 days they cut off your DTH and charge you for 1st month.And the charge seems to be double. Intentionally wrong information provided by airtel service providers

    @airtelindia creating mental stress by adding hidden packs which causes 170rps to 17000 rps in my bill statement. I never opted any packs and poor support from customer care. Pls look in to it

    @airtelindia just noticed from the BiLL that IR pack is activated in my account. Which i never did anytime. I never made any outgoing calls or took incoming calls ..i never got any email confirmation or  message. Sent multiple emails to 121, but poor support and no response
