    @airtelindia I've been an Airtel cx for many years. All worked fine w/o many hiccups. As soon as I changed the plan to Airtel Black, everything, from service functionality to billing, literally everything is messed up. To add to frustration is the template response from cx svc.

    @airtelindia worst broadband service 3rd party router is installed at my home and within 20 days there are service outage twice and when I asked for refund they told that they don't provide refund but at the time of installation I was told if within 30 days there are any issue.
