    @Airtel_Presence Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your area manager called me today, was extremely rude, and kept talking over me. He blamed our housing society for the issue, but when I asked for photo proof, he ghosted. Is this your standard of customer service? Please step in and fix this.

    @TRAI @airtelindia at age of 5G, airtel is unable to provide 2g connectivity in Mumbai. Frequent network issues, voice quality & Internet speed on mumbai harbour line.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?

    After 20+ yrs with @airtelindia, I'm trying to move away from their pathetic network. @tataplayfiber tried reaching out to your local contact multiple times, no response. Is that even how your customer care would also be after signing up?
