    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is really horrible network in midst of town. Where every one is running towards 5g, here in town you even can't have proper network to talk. Whole family is fed up with airtel now.

    Very pathetic services by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ... Once any complain or request is lodged, they won't contact on their own. Its the customer who has to call them and know the progress most of the time.

    @rishimumbai @airtelindia Cherry on the top is that their person came to "upgrade" modem. Broke existing modem and disappeared. Now, we get someone every 6 hours who says, sorry, we cannot fix.
