I hve recharged my DTH account of Id- 3027209185 on 2 May ,but i given a wrong digits of my id by default nd the recharge were done tou a wrong account.. To conquer the issue i called to customer service care , but they just do nothing @airtelindia very disappointed!

Worst ever after sales service from @airtelindia .. executive visited and inspected the premises, asked for documents and payments for installation of broadband services.. even after a week not doing it.. they don’t have ladder.. from where I should arrange for it.. please refund
