    The toll authorities knew it is @airtelindia fast tag issue but they still charged me full amount of one way plus same amt fine. I'm bringing this to @nitin_gadkari Sirs notice hoping he'll help fix this so that people don't have to pay fine when it's fast tag issue n not theirs

    From Saturday @airtelindia wifi is down in my area and #airtel ain't even bothered to tell the resolution. I don't think any big company like airtel will take two days to resolve a technical solution. Worst you are worst #airtel.

    Still no response or engineer visit scheduled. Internet is completely non-functional for last 3 days. I was promised for a dedicated service as I am a Airtel Black customer. But in reality, it is quite opposite to that. Pathetic service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am therefore sharing this matter publicly for consumer awareness and to seek a fair explanation and resolution from Airtel. I have the complete documentary record of the recharge, Airtel's resolution commitments, delayed activation and the Appellate Authority's refusal.

    @Airtel_Presence No internet service for three days now. Compaint registered with @airtelindia and without any action the ticket is closed as resolved. What a ridiculous setup. Contacted airtel call center three times and wasted almost an hour. No solution, but you get an apology #patheticAirtel
