@TRAI You need to focus more on the service providers like @airtelindia and @reliancejio . Custome is paying money for good connectivity and service, but things are getting worsen day by day. I tried to call my father but it's dropping since morning. This a what a bad service.

@airtelindia pathetic simply pathetic service. I subscribed the broadband service in December with assurance that there will be 24/7 support as I do night shift and it is not possible to chase or find help if there is a problem during my shift. Now it's the 3rd instance
