    Airtel Fiber has a pathetic service. Everyday I have to face some problem. Can’t even open Google. They talk of bringing 5G and IoT to India. First let people have speed of 2 Mbps consistently. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm unable to use my office VPN. I registered a complaint. Ur service rep called and told me that you guys have made changes such that we need to get a static IP from you in order to use a VPN, and it costs an extra ₹199/- a month. What BS is this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You and your employees are totally fraud. One of your employee named sahil verma did a fraud with us for ₹3500 and now nobody is helping us and no one is resolving our complaint. Now you just wait and watch me go to consumer court.

    @airtelindia heard a lot abt your fast services but got a worst experience. Booked xstream fiber 2 days back n was told that i will get it within 24 hrs but now i will get it after 15 days nice service #airtel keep it up

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been more than 48 hours and the issue with my broadband connection is not yet resolved. I made countless call to customer and got same reply "my request is in progress and they are not able to reach engg.
