    The toll authorities knew it is @airtelindia fast tag issue but they still charged me full amount of one way plus same amt fine. I'm bringing this to @nitin_gadkari Sirs notice hoping he'll help fix this so that people don't have to pay fine when it's fast tag issue n not theirs

    @airtelindia how do I put my broadband connection in safe custody when I am not at home . I can't reach customer care with email,121 or put on hold with airtel app. Looks like you have automated to an extent where customers can't reach you.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a horrible service? Inspite of repeated commitment, they could not shift the Broadband connection yet. Though this shifting does comes at cost of Rs 300/-. I donno how long I hv to wait. Oh..I forgot..I am a platinum customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday got your Airtel Xtreme fibre connection, In less than half an hour of installation the internet went down in the evening since yesterday raised the complained and contacted the installation engineer. Was told it was a mainline problem.
