Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying 2 upgrade my broadband to Fibernet & even booked complaint twice! I have not got any reply till now! Already My flat mate had upgraded! Still no response! Horrible service! Never expected such attitude!!

@airtelindia tried raising multiple requests over DTH connection issue through My Airtel app.Request is not getting accepted nor Customer care doesn't get connected. Through app it shows as 150/- charges. Though I'm not interested to pay for which I'm not liable. No use. Anyhelp?
