    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 2020 & WiFi user for 12+ years — yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    @AirtelIndia My Airtel Fiber is not working for the last 6 days. Complaint already raised (ID:  11028991136 ) but no engineer visit yet. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel you might have changed the system or not listening what customer facingz ai recharged my number 8920700899 on 28th April 2026, my plan expiring on 29th April 2026 before that I recharged, still on calling my family, got automated call your recharge expire?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.
