    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Completely disappointed with your service. My set top box is not at all working properly and it has to be replaced. I had reported this issue so many times and no proper follow ups and feedback’s are taken. Even the escalation matrix is not shared!

    I just now registered complaint to Airtel for refund. Soon after tweet received a phishing call from 7908520985 he gave another no. 9223011112 and asked to SMS encrypted text. Soon after he tried to register UPI on different banks. we didn't share pin. @MumbaiPolice @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have raised my complaint of NO internet connectivity on 16/03 with Airtel Customer Service and they are asking me to wait till March 31 to resolve my issue. Is it fair that a customer has to wait beyond 72 Hrs. When I speak to Customer Service they disconnect my calls. Pathetic
