    @airtelindia Your broadband is down since yesterday. Today is the second day and I am not able to use internet. You'll are disconnecting the services after last due date of the month, if bill not paid. Are you going to give credit for the numbers of days internet failure. Robert

    @airtelindia @gopalvittal Wrong sales commitment. Confirmed multiple times with your sales guy about fibre connectivity feasibility at my place, before taking connection. Later today, technical team confirmed non feasibility. Now service team is not taking any action for refund.

    You just cannot rely on @airtelindia for their services. Since morning mobile and Internet n/w in my area is down. Worst is, if try to connect their cust. service, there is no human to respond only IVRS. Don’t know why they want to roll out #5G when their #4G service is so bad.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if my bill payment is overdue by a day your agents can call & remind but who gives them the authority to interrogate asking me the reason why payment is not done. Basic training of courtesy for your agents can go a long way in customer satisfaction.

    @TRAI On July 2020 i have port from jio to Airtel and upgrade my old airtel 3g sim to 4g. Now suddenly my both sim stop working. There sim card has some hardware issue due to which many people are facing the same issue. Please look into it. @OfficeOfRSP @airtelindia #airtelscam

    Worst network in the world. Calls dont go through. People cant call you. Incase calls get through then the other person can hear. Finally calls drop. And they boast about being the beat network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia They suspend my airtel payments bank account because my adhar card doesn't have full date of birth. My all other accounts use that and they didn't have a problem but airtel they are terrible. Now i'm going to port my airtel number 8894811129 to jio. Very bad.
