    @airtelindia I shared 3 days back all proof of payment for broadband+ mobile for 6+ 1 month free. Despite that suddenly internet and mobile stopped working and received monthly bill as well. Now trying to postpone matter time and again. Poor customer service

    Hi I get recharge done every month from the prepaid plan issued by you. But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Why is the validity not covered for the entire month as per the recharge? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i m using a airtel from last couple of years before i was using a Vodafone I switched here just for better network and good internet ,lol its worst more then that whenever tried to connect with customers service they say your queries will resolve shortly.#airtel

Tried calling @airtelindia customer care but no one addressed the issue, the one thing they say is “connection disruption could be due to local issues, please contact your local provider.”

    This is in regards to Airtel broadband connection purchased and cancelled only after 28 days, it's been almost eight months i am waiting for my refund. Numerous email sent to customer care and nodal officer, however not even a single reply is received @airtelindia
