@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have record a message against my complaint of network issue that engineer had visited my premises to check the issue and the issue is due to weak indoor coverage or device incompatibility. No engineer visited my place and I am using latest iPhone.

@gokul_lal @HathwayBrdband @airtelindia Their call centers keeps us on hold for abt 18 to 20 mins and then disconnect automatically.. How the hell r we supposed to get hold of them for solutions... Truly pathetic service.. Shame Shame Hathway!
