    I have complained many times since last 2 year , Still am facing network problem , you are totally failed to solve my issue , so now I have decided to port my number, very bad experience with Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I raised one broadband shifting request on 24th Jan and toda is 28th Jan, after couple of follow-ups and calls still, no response, its better to switch to some other service provider. Really worst support and service, helpless

    @airtelindia Before launching services like Airtel Black, you should improve your pathetic customer care service. We do not even get an option to speak with someone very easily. The IVR is simply too dumb. I am facing issues with calling numbers beginning with 97 and 98.

    @airtelindia kindly address the issue of single tower or no network issue with your network being provided at an area spread over no of acres in Ambala Haryana. All of us have to swap to #reliancejio. Approached few people but very pathetic support.

    @airtelindia Tele callers teasing phone calls increasing , so I started request phone call option, and attend those calls but not speaking , silent treatment, i don't want create unnecessary language issues but *** stop it that in your side first,,
