    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @Airtel_Presence Why are different recharge rates being shown on different phones for the same service? Also, the nonstop recharge reminders are becoming very annoying. Please ensure transparency in pricing and stop spamming customers with excessive alerts. #Airtel @airtelindia

    For the fourth time in recent days, Airtel WiFi internet services have been unavailable for over 30 minutes. Repeated disconnections and prolonged outages are causing serious inconvenience and harassment to customers. Temporary fixes are not enough.     Feels like you don't care about existing customers anymore. No response whatsoever, only a complaint number that can't be tracked, customer care number where live agent can't be reached. I think it is time to port to different service provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia took an stream fiber broadband plan on 24thmay. 1599 plan with WiFi and xstream box. Till date only WiFi has been setup, no stb. Your customer support doesnt help. Your sales person doesnt respond. Terrible service. False claims for sales.
