    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @airtelindia Before the sale, your salesperson kept messaging me daily to take the connection. But once the payment was made, suddenly customer service doesn’t seem to matter. @airtelindia — If you can’t provide the service, why aggressively push customers to buy it?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is a CHOR company. @TRAI i contacted customer support 2 weeks ago. I called them three days continuously. Each and every agent is clueless and just kept asking me to what 24 hours. Now it has been 2+ weeks. Useless fellows

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia do not charge me for International Roaming if you cant give proper service . Its been a month almost and i have not received a single call from anyone . Its says switched off every time. After complaining many times still no solution. #badservice

    @airtelindia @airtelpresence Why are not acting on SR 13899482518 for shifting my wifi connection? I have been calling you everyday since 9 Aug. You're trying to push Airfiber while my location has FTTH. Your service technician confirmed this. Just delaying and disservice.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @jagograhakjago This has happened repeatedly. I have call logs, SMS screenshots and SR numbers as evidence. Please look into this and stop closing complaints without resolving the issue.

    Dear @airtelindia I have been raising a complaint of frequent disconnection issue on one of the two Wi-Fi connection I have since 6 Months, but no resolution. I requested every time to change router but ground team never did citing approval. Today I’ve decided to leave Airtel
