    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how do i apply for airtel airfiber installation, the app does not have a distinct airfiber option and selecting my location shows i don't have Fiber while i do have 5g network on my phone please resolve this issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still No Update , coustomer care says engineer assigned , engineer says no work assigned regarding my complain which was done on 12 june ( morning ) and today is 14 June . Worst service ever i experienced .

    @airtelindia Poor service experience. Rep Kalipa E requested an OTP and promised to fix my Wi‑Fi issue (SSID/password change)but after 1+ week nothing has been done his number (+91 84481 96756) is always unreachable. Please investigate, escalate, and resolve this Asap
