    @Airtel_Presence Every 3-4 months my airtel fibre wire snaps. They ask me money for changing the wire everytime. Also I'm never provided with a receipt. They say they are 3rd party and dont give receipts. The same is happening today. Can @airtelindia help here please.

    @Airtel_Presence this is pathetic, d Airtel fiber is down & I am unable to work since d last 2 days and d local service operator is not picking up the call. When I call on 198, ur service agent says even their internet is not working. Shame on you guys @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Internet not working inside Delhi Metro Station please provide better internet service as many other network providers are giving internet working facilities inside Delhi Metro while travelling from GTB Nagar to Rajiv Chwok Metro station but @airtelindia not.

    @airtelindia Very very bad and worst service. I HAD RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 15TH JUN 2022 AND STILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. GIVING SUPER ADS DOES NOT MEAN YOU FORGET THE BASIC SERVICE. Service request# 10051575412. Please fix asap.
