    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal

    Dear @airtelindia I have recharged 449 plan via PhonePe and my wife recharged it via Google pay by mistake. Why don't you alert if same plan recharged 1 min ago and allow 2nd recharge and make customer lose money twice. Can you please do something. @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe
