Why is it called instant helpline when a complaint registered on 7th april is still unresolved and your person wont attend call immediately?

My ₹349 recharge from 24 March is still showing “In Progress”, ₹100 was wrongly charged under postpaid without consent, and I had to recharge again separately to continue services.
