I’ve been trying to get my WiFi connection (DSL No: 014111673319_dsl) disconnected for the past two months. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for? Service is pathetic, takes more than 24 hours to resolve. Upon asking how to put a disconnection request, no one is guiding. Fedup
