    Very disappointed with @airtelindia service, there charges are high but didn't able to provide good services they just take money and didn't do anything for there service, it's really getting worst like if you want to open a web page it will take 1 hr to load jst a simple web.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been 2 days now, my unlink request on postpaid family plan is showing pending in app, when I talk to support they say it will take 8 hours but it is already 48 hours now, no one from support is ready to help. Worst experience I am getting from u

    @airtelindia You guys are the most fraudulent company in the world. Your fibre services are extremely unreliable. And if it goes down for more than 2 hours it never comes back. The airtel black executives are also dumbf*cks.

    Hello @airtelindia @airtelnews , I just want to extend my LAN cable by around 4 meters. The router/Wi-Fi location will remain the same. I tried requesting it through the Airtel app via Shift Connection, but on the second step the screen turns white and gets stuck. Please help.

    @airtelindia @trai My Airtel Wi-Fi has been completely down for more than 2 days (48+ hours) in Ahmedabad. Despite raising the issue and following up, there is still no proper resolution or clear timeline. How can a broadband service remain down for over 2 days in a major city?
