    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tried reaching you via Twitter DM and I have received no response or solution yet. Recharge has been failed but I haven’t received the amount yet. Note: the Airtel app is slow, laggy and has got high transaction failure rate.

    When called customer care prepaid users can't opt for talk to execute directly but postpaid users can. Why this discrimination at all ? Are prepaid customers less valued ? Only 'we hear you' in advertisment . @airtelindia
