I've paid two booking amounts, still have no connection, and Airtel isn't even processing the cancellation or refund. This is unacceptable customer service.     I’m not sure what exactly is wrong with @airtelindia in #Hyderabad The issue has surfaced last night and It has been more than 9 hours, the wifi services are still not restored. Today in the internet era, we are still fighting to get basic availability of services by the largest ISP in India. #Airtel #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when will you actually grow a spine and get the work done. Only AI based nonsense. When will my work be done. Or is it that I’ll be required to file a complaint in consumer court. Because I’m trying to close the connection for the past 1 year and Airtel is making me run from pillar to post.

    Airtel is increasing my plan price by itself and not letting me remove the unwanted Xstream n more added forcefully and charging money also Also it's not working good . I'm writing this on cellular as its showing no internet @airtelindia Many people are having issues with Airtel Do they care? No I've already paid 800 highest last year as they were increasing the prices by 100 each month which was started from 499 I dismissed the plan n switced with another number Same is happening

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed wifi for 40 mbps in home but it's speed was only 5mbps when iam trying to connect to customer care they have hold my and transfer to another person and the person tell to wait anyone the waiting time it's 35 min and call cut automat.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't make fool to his trusted customer,ok! I have already recharged unlimited 5g plan above 2 gb but unlimited 5g not working. Network showing 5g but received notification of data limit & internet get stopped. Fix it now as soon ! @TRAI
