@airtelindia - I would like to talk to customer care "human agent" regarding recharge query. I called 121, 198 and used the thanks app. It just provides me with an option which are not relevant. Spent 40 minutes figuring out how to raise the complaint and get my issue fixed.

Thank you for giving me 27Mbps for the 100Mbps plan. It's been a week no DTH connection given which is part of the plan. @ACTFibernet was far better in providing service No customer care or field engineers to assist or answer calls @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia what the bloody slow internet connection and there no chance to talk with cstmr care on cal I've recharged today ie.,on 21st July 2025 and it end on 17 August now facing slow internet I raised complaint,but resolving date is 6th August!! WTF I do till 6th aug 🤷

Then I called the appellant compalint number for Jio Fibre where I was cut off from line during my talk with the concerned officer. These downtimes are very much disturbing me and thinking of moving to @airtelindia or @asianet fibre. I am a continuous customer of @reliancejio 3

Worst service by Airtel. Been calling their customer care for 3 days to shift my WiFi. They talk politely but give false hopes. Staff don’t pick up calls, keep their phones switched off. Atleast give clear timelines instead of misleading customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
