    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.

    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end.     @airtelindia not receiving otp from banks since morning. Tried 3 banks, 3 cards, same thing. Called ur support team, they said, everything is okay; @SamsungIndia support checked & said S25 is okay.Atm, I'm pretty sure your network is the issue. Can you help?

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again. Please resolve this issue! @airtelnews @Airtel_India_ @airtelindia #airtel_mumbai

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

    @airtelindia I have the most unsatisfying and most irritating experience with yall over cancelling a WiFi service, your app only had a pause plan and no cancellation feature in it? Why do you guys increase your data packs prices if you can’t proved your customers with basics ?
