    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the real problem is you don't regret; else from past 2 years you will not be making false promises; moreover you know you cannot provide more than 16 Mbps is most of the areas and that is why you mention upto 100 Mbps; you are just loosing trust of people

    If there is a F all service from any cellular company india in repeat and say it's @Airtel_Presence you be in Karnataka you be in Maharashtra @airtelindia is the worst

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So even if the customer pays 999 he can get only upto 16 Mbps and upto means even 1 Mbps can be provided

    @airtelindia I have trying to get a receipt for my deposit amount for the Xstream box since last 3 weeks. I was told by your customer care that airtel does not provide receipts for deposits received from customers. If that is true, are you not committing accounting malpractice?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my landline is dead for the last two weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it works for a few hours and then dead again. This is since I shifted to fibre. Horrible service. Not sure why I’m paying when nothing works for over 3 weeks!

    Manual permission is taking forever to get approval. How many days we are supposed to wait. Worst service for disabled people. And who is responsible if the stolen sim is misused as it's not blocked yet. Will @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence take responsibility for that...

    I told I can wait till 8PM but they were not in helping intention and they told me to come next day.I requested them but they said "you can complaint anywhere I don't care" This is the way you treat customer? Manager told server problem wantedly. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia While booking Xstream everywhere it was mentioned u will get VIP service and frm yesterday I am facing so many issues. I hve sent mails, called cstmr care 10 times bt still the solution is pending nd when i called in mrng they r telling its resolved.
