    @airtelindia very arrogant technicians. One fellow Ashok in Bengaluru Hebbal area has been trying to install a DTH box since last 5 days. First he is always late from the committed time and today he disconnected my @tatasky and ran away. Never seen such arrogance ever 😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my landline is dead for the last two weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it works for a few hours and then dead again. This is since I shifted to fibre. Horrible service. Not sure why I’m paying when nothing works for over 3 weeks!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So even if the customer pays 999 he can get only upto 16 Mbps and upto means even 1 Mbps can be provided

    @airtelindia I have trying to get a receipt for my deposit amount for the Xstream box since last 3 weeks. I was told by your customer care that airtel does not provide receipts for deposits received from customers. If that is true, are you not committing accounting malpractice?

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My SR number 135202980 this complaint was registered on 7/8/2021 small complaint about internet not working on airtel fibre net. No executive could solve it. Its been more than 72 hrs. What should i do?Where else to complaint apart from airtl

    @airtelindia Why this company is getting worst network. Iam really upset with this company after an long time 15years of using airtel the most important time when I ply call of duty there were I'll have an network issue iam really disappointed 😒😒😒

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the real problem is you don't regret; else from past 2 years you will not be making false promises; moreover you know you cannot provide more than 16 Mbps is most of the areas and that is why you mention upto 100 Mbps; you are just loosing trust of people

    I told I can wait till 8PM but they were not in helping intention and they told me to come next day.I requested them but they said "you can complaint anywhere I don't care" This is the way you treat customer? Manager told server problem wantedly. @airtelindia @TRAI

    Just got message of wrong deduction in my @airtelindia fastag and when tried to contact customer care, had to wait for 15 mins and then executive said his system is getting upgraded. Y can't I raise complaint frm app?if system is offline, line should not be open! @NHAI_Official

    @airtelindia Even after repeated complaints, networks are not fixed. Placed ticket gets closed every time without any improvements of the service. Very disappointing. I have 10numbers in my family plan. @reliancejio how to port to your network?

    @airtelindia I have ordered for airtel dth + broadband and paid 4000 rs for it. But due some problem my connection is not successful done by airtel. They told me that they will refund me. Waiting since 23 days. Didn't get my refund. My order Id is 6971067715382607872.
