@DoT_India Airtel has forcefully added Amazon Prime subscription to their customer bill without customer approval. I have been repeatedly requesting Airtel support team to revoke Amazon Prime subscription amount from the bill but no action taken yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Just had the most HORRIBLE customer experience with @Airtel_Presence right now! Deciding to discontinue with all my @airtelindia products: Postpaid plan, Broadband, Xstream Fiber, Landline etc. #Airtel #Black is definitely a COMPLETE WRECK! Is anyone better? #AirtelSucks 😡

@airtelindia have paid advance rentals for home broadband ..highly dissatisfied ..last time the service people corrected the issue ..but no stability. Internet goes down everyday . My TV connects with Netflix only and no other WFH I have to rely on my phone hotspot. This is sad.
