  This is not an India only policy. Many operators across the world already differentiate between on device data and hotspot usage on certain plans. The difference is that people there actually read the plan terms before buying. The real issue is transparency. If unlimited 5G excludes hotspot usage, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden in fine print. Consumers deserve clear communication, not surprises. @airtelindia @TRAI

  @somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia "Cribbing? Hello Mr. Suckerwal We pay around ₹4,000/year to Airtel. Unlimited 5G wasn't advertised as a charity—it was part of the plan we paid for. If the promised service isn't delivered consistently, questioning it isn't cribbing. It's called expecting what was advertised."

  Really disappointed with @airtelindia . The netwrk has been consistently weak, calls keep dropping, and internet speeds are poor. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but no proper soln has been provided. Cstmers desrve btter srvice. #Airtel #PoorNetwork #CstmerService

  Whosoever concerned @TRAI to this matter may pls see to it, when we raise a concern reg service by @airtelindia they simply don't listen and disconnect the service. Xsafe is one such glaring example of pathetic services by them. They know how to bill but not how to serve !

  @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it is nothing, Airtel moved my phone to a new location 9 years back, since then every assigned complaint goes to old address, all attempts to get their own database corrected have failed brilliantly. Poor Engineers have to then realign between them.

  We poor customer service for Airtel postpaid customer care @airtelindia tried to find solution in Airtel app 24*7 chat help which doesn't have any options to explain my issue rather than ends the chat with helpful or not helpful feedback which is of no use, same response in IVR..

  @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took Airtel to shift my WiFi 14 days. Their app is worst out of all. They took my address wrong, didn't correct even after calling 50+ times. I had to go find local engineer ask him to shift my connection. Airtel customer service is worst.

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your customer service. Since 13th July, I’ve made several calls and sent emails regarding my WiFi issue. My first complaint was closed without resolving anything, and now I’m repeatedly promised a callback within 4 hours that never happen.
