    @Airtel_Presence someone from Airtel came and asked for new wifi and tv connection with 40mpbs speed and promised next day installation. I paid 1500rs got receipt but connection not given. From TMRW I have job. If u can't provide service y give false promises @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

    @AirtelXtream @airtelindia So got two calls from airtel.. 2 complaints raised by 2 different executives.. 24 hrs timeline given.. more than 24 hrs now, no resolution reached.. jus fooling continously by false promises.. @DoT_India plz take action

    @airtelindia .what the hell type of service you are providing!. last 3 days I am begging to shift my wifi connection, made multiple calls to customer care but no technician even contacted me. Every time I am getting new timeline. better to shut my wifi & port postpaid connections

    Airtel internet is not working. Raised a complaint. CAGPS3BLR20260802049264 dated 02-aug-2026 13:13 for your Airtel number 7483993223. You will receive an update for this ticket by 18-AUG-26. Perfect example of how Airtel works @airtelindia shame on you. Do you need 16 days?

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    Dear @airtelindia, I recharged with the ₹1199 prepaid plan, which includes Amazon Prime Lite. The Airtel Thanks app shows the benefit as Active, but my Amazon account shows "No subscription found". I haven't received any activation SMS or email from @amazonIN . Kindly fix it.

    How the hell i can talk to the real-person customer care on @airtelindia , from the past two months I am unable to use my Mobile Data, it's keep showing me Roaming. I have also reported the issue multiple times but got no replies from their team. Pathetic service!

    @airtelindia No wifi, unable to connect customer support , AI Chat unable to solve query. Please guide how should I explain my grievances enough of pathetic service wifi getting disconnected in every 15 days, is this the kind of service ? Where I'm in able to reach for support?

    @airtelindia - your network has gone to the drain off late. I cannot get proper network in my area, forget about using internet. Same issue in the office location as well. I dont know for what purpose should I use your service. Totally pathetic.
