    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn Raised complaint to resolve Airtel wifi issue. Technician came and went without resolving issues. 3 days have been passed still same situation. Please do the necessary.

    @airtelindia My ₹399 plan is active, but mobile internet is completely not working. Airtel Thanks keeps asking me to complete “First Recharge” when I try to raise a complaint. Even 198 shows the same issue. Please check and restore my internet ASAP. #Airtel @airtel

    @airtelindia Extremely poor network in Ujani village, Aurad taluk, Bidar district, Karnataka pincode 585421. No signal for calls or internet inside homes, barely 1 bar outside. Meanwhile @JioCare has full network even indoors in the same area. Please fix this on priority!

    I recharged with ₹349 unlimited 5G plan but my Net speed was slowright after using my daily 2 GB limit.If this is how your unlimited 5G works it is very misleading Jio offers a better service in this regard If this issue is not resolved I will port my number to Jio @airtelindia

    Even the new connection is not installed yet. This is how you work with your customers. Its really disappointing to see someone like @airtelindia @Airtel do this. Customers are your first priority. If you are not able to prioritise your customer its useless for the customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unfortunately I have an Airtel Black membership, I live in Kalwa. Wifi speed is down since 13th Aug, raised a ticket on 14th Aug, they called me on 15th Aug eve and told me there's a network tower issue. Today's day 5, it's still unresolved.

    @airtelindia i filed a complaint wide complaint no. 11037550848 on 10th August but no one has visited till now. Your area exec says get your no. Ported, he can't do anything. This is the state of airtel in Indian capital city and on prime location.
