    @airtelindia worst network service. @narendramodi and @AmitShah both look at the issue. Multiple times raise concern then also not resolved.. worst service....

    Facing non-responsiveness and substandard service from @airtelindia. Paid for 100 Mbps broadband, getting speeds in Kbps. IVR doesn't let me raise a complaint, and my request for disconnection + full refund has been ignored. Requesting @TRAI & @Airtel_Presence to look into this urgently.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been disconnected from the internet for over 32 hours.IVR says calls can't be forwarded due to"upgradation" technicians aren't picking up, and the network manager has zero updates.We pay high prices for this service-what are customers supposed to do now?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since I converted my prepaid E-sim to postpaid E-sim 2 days back, my ongoing calls are getting dropped when I am receiving another call. Have lodged complaint but this needs urgent attention. Pls help

    @airtelindia @airtelnews worst internet service. It's been more than 24hrs I'm not able to access the internet. Rebooted the modem more than 100 times. Raised a service request. No one has reached me out. Why would I recommend this anymore!!! Fix this asap!!!
