    @den_broadband Internet down since morning. Ruining my entire workday. Absolute radio silence 4m ur team- no one is even looking into this. What a **** service you guys have. At dis point, it is much better to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio since they actually resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it so difficult to reach your customer care? I tried 121, 198 , and +91-9810012345 but unable to reach. What is the purpose of having Airtel if we don't get proper customer service!!!!
