    @airtelindia Thank you for NOT relocating my Wi-Fi within the promised timeline. Multiple calls to customer care got no meaningful response or were disconnected. Now I have no internet & don’t know how I’ll work tomorrow. Extremely disappointed.

    @airtelindia no response from Airtel wifi is gone since 2 days in nanded raised request via app but no response has no customer care number to reach chatbot in app is useless only thing working is reminder of upcoming wifi recharge

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Today again I got a SMS about "wifi issue affecting your area" and wifi stops working for 5-6 hours. Who is responsible for the downtime and the money for that downtime. This is 2nd day it happened. @jagograhakjago

    There has been no internet service for the past three days in Parbhani city(Maharashtra). This is pathetic service. You respond immediately when it comes to a new connection, but there is no response or support when existing customers face service issues @airtelindia @airtelnews
