    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence If the amount will not wave of snd then I will not pay the whole amount, also if service get suspended or charged extra I will also not pay that. Maybe this is not a big issue, but I will not use any @airtelindia ‘s wifi.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services Everytime I call they just say it will be done our backend team will call back but nothing happens. You guys record calls for Quality purpose but do you really go back and check if customer issue resolved?

    Hey @airtelindia why can't I just talk to your guys??? I had to go through all the AI headache and when i finally got the chance to chose to talk a human it rejected the call saying, i should recharge first to talk to the customer care, Why? #airtel #CustomerComplaint

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews dear Airtel, in 6th I had asked for wifi shifting request which was not done so I had asked customer care to cancel my connection, after calls and then even going to Airtel center it's still not done.

    Hey @airtelindia I just blocked my old sim, and bought a new sim from your store, as my phone was stolen. I bought it with the same number, I was told it would be activated within 4 hours , but it's been 12+ hours already... Need help on this!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services I have been chasing your service center from a week to upgrade my broadband plan but despite of multiple calls noone helps to upgrade the plan. Your Thanks App and your customer care is so pathetic and useless that a simple plan upgrade is difficult
