    @airtelindia The Request no. for Fiber service disruption is 11034417132 raised yesterday 6th, it's more than 24hrs now and no action has been taken. I am not waiting till the 12th of July to get this resolved, the LOS is blinking constantly. Please resolve it today only.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested for shifting of my existing connection but the earliest appointment available is after 2 days. I tried booking new wifi connection & I got call from service engineer within an hour. Wow! No responsibility towards existing customers.

    @airtelindia despite the constant complaint. I have been struggling to make a call or receive calls on 2 of my Airtel postpaids. Sometimes it works most of the time i have to switch networks. What kind of fastlane service we are getting?

    It's been more than 36 hours since my internet and airtel black connection is down. Absolutely pathetic response and service provided @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I can understand some downtime but 36+ hours ?
