    Hey @Airtel_Presence, my eSIM migration was done over 24 hours ago. While data/calls are active, my incoming SMS is completely blocked. I am stuck without crucial banking and login OTPs for work. 121 support is no use. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence How tough is it for @airtelindia to arrange a call back to a customer who they have failed providing basic services to for 20+ months??? You are a Telecom Company for F sake! Ironically their handle is Airtel Cares / Airtel Presence! 🙄. Shud be AirtelGivesaF
