    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the past one month, my Airtel Wi-Fi router has not been working, and my issue has still not been resolved. Despite repeated attempts, the local Airtel office staff are not properly registering or responding to my complaints.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/n I have even provided my residential address and phone number as per her request. There seems to be no progress made in resolving my problem even though I’ve paid an advance towards the installation.
