    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not a single SMS, email, or phone call from Airtel regarding my complaint. Customer care gave me a technician's number. I called 6 times before he answered, only to say the ticket wasn't assigned to him and asked me to call customer care again.

    @airtelindia network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304) after the heavy rains. Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore the network at the earliest

    Beyond imagination! I deactivated my Airtel Wi-Fi, and they collected the router & charger nearly 2 months ago. Yet I’m still being billed for a service I don’t use. After multiple calls, the bill was reversed, but I’m still being asked to pay GST. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
