    @airtelindia 3/4 Disconnection was requested effective 28 July. The modem was picked up on 2 August. And now, on 9 August — still NO REFUND and NO proper update. Getting through to customer support is another task altogether.

    My prepaid number was accidentally migrated to postpaid today, wiping out my 1-year prepaid plan done in June. The SIM is currently at No Service. Please roll this back to prepaid immediately and restore my active plan balance. @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia I booked a service for wifi installation yesterday. The executive took 1500 rupees for installation and it was supposed to be installed today or yesterday But the person is no responding to our calls and not giving clear instructions about our wifi service

    @airtelindia Is fraud.... If you want to opt out of their broadband service, you have no choice but to keep paying for unused suspended service. They provide no option to disconnect. You keep calling for months, but they keep billing you for a connection no longer exist.@TRAI

    @airtelindia one of the worst service provider. Bill generation on time , penalty on time but service after 1 year. In a month 10 days network and calling issue even no action taken yet

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I paid for DTH, yet I can’t get a service agent to visit. Your chatbot traps customers into a fixed list of complaints, my issue isn’t even listed, no way to speak to agent. this is no support or accountability. @TRAI
