@airtelindia @Airtel_Services I have been chasing your service center from a week to upgrade my broadband plan but despite of multiple calls noone helps to upgrade the plan. Your Thanks App and your customer care is so pathetic and useless that a simple plan upgrade is difficult

@airtelindia my number has been suddenly suspended with no incoming and outgoing calls. I have been unable to contact a human customer care rep by calling 121 or 198 for the past 4 hours and have tried all your IVR options. This is preposterous
