@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@airtelindia #ignorantairtel no update, today is the last billing date and then AIRTEL will suspend my account. Nice way to force customer to pay bill. Even if customer is correct.. NO CALL NO INQUIRY. SERVICE WITHOUT ETHIC

@airtelindia if you have any person real human that has brain to call me back?? Having SIM issue since 2months and not resolved by anyone 121, appellate, @Airtel_Presence no one. This is how you treat a long term customer? 100 mails sent multiple visits to the store no help.
