Dear @airtelindia i think you know the current situation of our #Kerala. In this time most of the area of Malappuram facing network issue in @Airtel_Presence . You need to fix the problem asap. In this all of us need a network connection for contacting each other. #KeralaFloods

@airtelindia Why can't the customer send a message on recharge of 79? Balance is available on recharge of 79, why can't we send messages from that balance. We pay service charges and tax on recharge of Rs.79.@TRAI @PMOIndia
