@airtelindia in my location when sunset occurred airtel internet speed is go down like snail, as many months, no any options to contact with airtel,when try to call 198 no response,no live chat and nothing.

@airtelindia Had raised a problem on 8th, ur executive comes & suggests me to go for higher plan, I install airtel app, raise request, no response till date. Its 13 days & counting. All ads about gr8 customer service is useless, unless, executed on ground. Stop playing those ads.
