    How do you allow fraud within the network? Ticket 31-1000014389228 . Two hour international call added In my May Bill. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct. Now after the second bill it's too late to address old bill complaint? This is crazy @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I paid 279rs to subscribe to zee5 for watching World Cup. Turns out world cup matches access not available. Was not told of this before I purchased. Please cancel the subscription and refund the money.

    @airtelindia i just port my sim from jio to airtel and now your sim is not giving me 5g data and receiving very slow internet . I am pissed by your sim i want now to port to jio again but 3 months policy is there …. Please fix my problem @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @AirtelBank @airtelindia Complaint Ref No. 4779952084095-10 pending since 28 May 2026. Multiple emails, screenshots, calls and follow-ups, but still no proper resolution. Very disappointed with the support experience. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. #AirtelPaymentsBank

    @airtelindia ur wifi service is down for last 2 days.. and u have blocked access to all call center executives too , despite so called premium customers unable to call and play IVR IVR every time they call. only IVR based timelines are being given. Hopeless.

    @airtelindia @Svigneshwa17006 The kapplication for broadband was cancelled after 8 days of payment and prior to that feasibility study done. This is deficiency of service.we will take you to consumer court as the sla defined in the terms of agreement
