    Helo @TRAI Are you for the people? Or billionaires? I am using @airtelindia prepaid sim. Plan validity 28 days. The company eat nearly 27,28 days in a year. Within the 28 days, I didn't get proper signal, Internet from 25th day itself. So for 25 days I have to recharge. 365/25?

    @airtelindia Since yesterday evening, the internet at my home has not been working, and I have not received any assistance from Airtel. Whenever I try the customer chat option, I am simply told, “We are working on this.”

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Airtel is DONE in INDIA, They already left India to South Africa. In Chennai Thiruvanmiyur, Kottivakkam area very very poor signal.

    @JioCare No point brother!! @airtelindia did it instantly!! I called them. Raised a request, same day initiation and instalation..!! Airtel deserves best when we are talking about service and support.

    @airtelindia i have recharge 399 rs pack u guys said unlimited data 4g+5g but i had no unlimited data i have only 2.5 gb data where we can complaint there is no customer care human for complaint computer ask same question what we can do plz resolve my query

    @airtelindia @DoT_India I am the customer of airtel for the last ten years. When i am trying to contact through phones it is asking options. Several other problems will not solve through options. Avoiding customer to speak customer care executive first instance is regrettable.
