@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is down for more than 36 hours and there is no resolution even after calling 100s of times to your call centre. The engineer visited yesterday at 12:00 pm and told that he will be back in 1 hour and vanished. Is this how you treat customers?

@Airtel_Presence Nobody reached out to me till date. Wifi has been down for 4 days. @airtelindia @TRAI they won't return the call, I can't register complaints as well. And I'm paying for a full month. And the internet is down 3-4 days every month. No carry forward no refunds nothing. #pathetic

Wouldn’t it make sense for @reliancejio , @airtelindia and all other network providers to allow 2-3 minutes of extra data if - the user’s internet is over - the user came on the official app to recharge A lost opportunity for a recharge that the user could have done.
