Hey @airtelindia , Without any intimation, broadband is upgraded from copper to Fibre and person visiting installs the modem and goes away, so neither copper connection nor fibre conncetion is working. What kind of service is this.? @Airtel_Presence Complaint-127585492

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is worst 😭 service provider. If customer's mobile number have no recharge then they will block all services like INCOMING, OUTGOING even SMS. But when customer will recharge his number then AIRTEL service will work like a turtle even in 4G.
