Trying to connect to customer support team of @airtelindia but receiving no response. Request a call back from @Airtel_Presence as facing unwanted issues in the services and there is no available option of speaking to the customer rep.

@airtelindia help me understand your sim process. You mandate aadhar which Supreme Court has said you can't as the sole identity except for welfare programs. You use it to verify address except it's not an address proof! Basically those w/o aadhar are doomed?!
