I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again. I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs.
