Hi this is to update you that I took Airtel xtream fibre 01145501198 on 3rd May and since then it stopped working 2 times first it took 3 days to resolve and this time again same is happening no one came to resolve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

Today I went to one of your Airtel store which is in Salempur, Deoria (U.P) and it was taken 100 Rs in the name of SIM card replacement whereas the fee for sim replacement is 25 Rs only. Kindly assist me on this. I not happy with your service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
