@ViCustomerCare is the worst SIM I’ve ever used. Paid ₹1048 for “unlimited” data network was fine before recharge, but disappeared right after. Even in the city, zero signal & no internet. Support was rude. Switched to @reliancejio / @airtelindia . Feels like a total scam.

@chandrustweet @airtelindia The customer support has become joke these days. I have got new connection 2 days ago, they have not provided me the set top box yet. And even if you tag them they hardly bother. This IVR service is crap. Technician is so audacious he mentioned go talk to customer care.
