@airtelindia I am with Airtel for last 15 years. I have given a complaint many times. While registering the complaint they said it will be resolved in 24 hours ..I am not sure what is the meaning of 24 hours ..more than 5 months no one reached me ..planning to shift to other provider

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel thanks app is a total waste for DTH. Every single time i open the app it never displays any details of it and customer says servers are busy. And ofcourse your numbers are not reachable. How do you expect your customer to reach out to you?
