@alishabajpai07 @airtelindia @DoT_India They will respond atleast after 10 to 12 days of your complaint. I was frustrated with these bot replies from twitter and moved on to a local broadband as they are responsive. Airtel has reached out to new customers in cities but have not improved their after sales services.

Today only received call for #AirtelBlack thank God I wouldn't opted .. this is call service?
