    @airtelcare @airtelindia network is now unbearable at NIT Jalandhar campus. It is very difficult to connect and if you would connect then voice breaks a lot and you can not understand what the former parson is taking. If you don’t have WI-FI then internet can not be used. Shame

    @airtelindia from the last 10 days I have been raising tickets for broadband poor network issue no technicians visited the home and closed the tickets automatically now my router stopped working completely. I’ll file a case on Airtel. Eating customers money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @BharatBillPay thanx to your buggy system, i paid an igl bill through airtel thanks app and the amount got debited from my card but payment is still in progress. Never going to use airtel thnx app or bbps now in future. Further no response from help
