    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir, I had recharged my number for data pack via MyAirtel App, it was failed and the amount was deducted, I haven't received any refund of so till date. Order ID: 832523442616544 Please solve this problem at the earliest.

    @airtelindia changed your plans but didn't give any information to the customers. Yesterday I recharged with 79 but unable to send text message. I called customer care, they are saying that I have to recharge for unlimited calls plan? To send one text message do I spend Rs129?

    @airtelindia Today I recharged a amount of Rs 49 for Validity, with Reference no- 312281280. After recharging I am unable to send sms. I tried to talk the customer care but I couldn't & also It is difficult to register a complaint through your app. Please solve this.

    @airtelindia you have always disappointed your users. Lodged a complaint 50 hours back... still awaiting response... dropped an email... 4 hours is the response time... 26 hours... still awaiting response... customer care assures call back in 4 hours... 29 hours... yet to hear.
