@airtelindia - I applied for airtel black 4 days ago, was told it would be done in 24 hrs. Since then, my internet stopped working and I got 5 calls from new sales execs pitching airtel black. And I’m still not on it. What gives? Hopefully, being a customer for 17 years counts?

@airtelindia Hi. I'm a broadband, DTH, mobility user of airtel with 2 different mobile numbers active. I was very happy with the services provided till 10 days back. Since then I've been made so unhappy by your service engineers for broadband that I wish I was using BSNL.
