    @airtelindia 's fiber connection is really bad. No customer support, the wifi is down for 3 days. No updates, no ETA, scheduled a technician visit, nobody's picking up calls. The service is really bad. I got a postpaid connection in Hyderabad.

    I've raised a sr at 8 in the morning. From then my wifi is not working it's been whole day and nobody is assigned to fix the issue. Plz get this fixed ASAP as all my work is getting delayed bcoz of this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #AirtelDown #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia Pathetic services provided by you guys. My broadband ain't working since 20/4/2023 and I have lodged complaint on the same day itself. It's been 3 days and still issue has not been resolved. I have been loyal to airtel and using it since last 20 years.#Airtelsucks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m facing connectivity issue with my Airtel broadband connection since 7 days and there is no resolution yet. I have even raised a ticket # 10164305489 but no response from service engineer. This has been escalated many times by customer care.
