.@airtelindia The worst service providers when it comes to broadband. I booked a new connection on 8th and paid 3 months advance and wasted a whole day just calling and requesting to get the connection. The people, in the end, tell me that my area can't get a new connection.

And now when I cancelled the new connection request, they ask me to wait for 15 days for my refund and they can't give a reference number for that. Pathetic service. #AirtelSucks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst network I have ever seen in my life.. I am travelling and not getting internet service at all from 2 hour,I am very disappointing why I have ported to vodafone from airtel. May I know whether I can go for porting my number again or not.

I ask why did you take the advance if you are not serviceable in that area. The sales guy that came to collect the money (Tushar) won't pick the calls. This is the worst broadband service that I have ever come across in the last 15 years of using various broadbands. @airtelindia

Airtel Network is really a fraud network. I bought one month ago and used it but hardly give me the speed and more importantly it starts providing 2g network once it's used 50% - 60%. @airtelindia will you solve this issue or should I use other network ? #Airtelnetwork

I had already paid them 3 month advance and now they tell me that they can't provide service in my area. Just pathetic service. #airtelsucks

@airtelindia My broadband is having trouble since 24January. Your staff calls me with assurances, visits me every next day. They are helpless. They don’t have any higher authority personal to report their helplessness. What kind of structure you have created ? 079-40059992

@airtelindia it’s been close to 6 months since I first registered a complaint, and numerous complaints regarding network problems there after. I haven’t got a solution yet. Hoping to get a solution on the matter.

@airtelindia dear Airtel I am using eSIM in my iPhone 11 and I am facing at to much trouble using internet and I did apply also Airtel thanks ap I unable to use internet perfectly but your team is not working well with me# please resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I switch
