Hello @airtelindia.Can't reach your customer service. Whenever I tried to call it simply replies "We accepted your complaint" but I can't even mention my issue.

@majorgauravarya @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They have started this hoax of zero pending complaints without apparently putting in a system of auditing and identifying fake closures. A simple OTP closure system by the customer can solve this problem.

@airtelindia Next day before i took the flight (15th april)and called your customer service and the ******* the phone said she can do it and done everything from her end but still till date i am getting billed

Cheap rate comes with cheap quality services. If you happen to go to their so called 'airtel stores' you will see each one behave as if he or she is Sunil Mittal.

@airtelindia Recharged 479 but after that unable to use internet and without using 1.5 GB data message comes in the morning or afternoon that you have used 100% data. how it is possible? Internet is not working even 2G speed. My phone settings are OK.
