    @airtelindia @airtelnews Its really a pain to have airtel broadband. The service back is absolutely ZERO. Should be replaced with Jio.....no one bothers. its one month now...twice person came and said some problem inside...nutshell internet not working for last one month.

    @Bhanudarling63 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just talked with the customer executive they said if your network bar is showing 5G+ then you can use unlimited data and if it's just showing 5G then the data will be consumed from the daily data pack , and if you do data add-on recharge ,your 5G+ unlimited will be void . Part-1

    @airtelindia I booked broadband connection on 20th March for my new residency in chennai. I paid Rs.1500 on the same day. Till now instalation not happened and no reponse from anyone. I am tried calling customer support but no resolution yet. This is how @airtelindia functions?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I upgraded my plan just because of Netflix but I am not able to get that. I called your customer care and had a word with your supervisor Cyril, he was very sarcastic, he was laughing while providing the resolution. I am with you from 10 years.

    @airtelindia Very bad costumer service experience from your broadband connection team in Ichalkaranji. If your connection cost is 3000 for 6 months then, why your team is asking me for more 1000? I will suggest my friends also to don't go for Airtel Broadband connection.
