@airtelindia Very bad and worst experience of Airtel black. Booked an Airtel black connection on 02.07.2022. Executive Mr.Pramod visited my home and Booked Rs.699 Airtel black connection online. I shared OTP on my phone with Mr.Pramod and paid Rs.2001.17 over link provided .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI My internet is not woking and after raising the issue airtel is telling they’ll get this resolved by 17 Aug almost 10 days then whats the point of 4g or 5g if we have to wait till 10 days to resolve minor issue’s

@santosh051416 @airtelindia n no. of customer rep they keep on showing sympathy without resolution, I kept on requesting them for issue related to network & internet since more than a year they will do only msg but no in ground work for resolution still problem persist very pathetic service.
