    As a customer i trusted @airtelindia that whenever problem arrises to me you will solve it regarding your network i.e. airtel digital tv as a gesture of customer satisfaction in this compititve era but @airtelindia failed as a network & as a company for me

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have XStream fibre connection that got activated 8 days back,but am having pathetic experience since then in terms of services, network stability and behaviour of the staff.There is no wifi since 48 hrs, and followed multiple times with the team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your services are so poor. Previously connectivity was poor, then internet issue now issue in bill plan change.Fed up with following you. Better to connect jio or other telecom.@jio. pl let me know process of fiber connection in mumbai

    3 Days ago i lodged a complaint regarding Dth connection at your customer care they told me they will get back to me in 15 minutes But since 3 days there is no call from @airtelindia My number is 9636893936 To which i got 4 airtel dth connection at my home since last 7 8 years

    Worst service provider @airtelindia. It's been 10 days since i have been waiting for my airtel fiber installation but it's still not done. Your salesman takes payment 10 days back and now not answering my call. Big fraud scheme by @airtelindia looting ur Cx in broad day light.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor service. trying to reach customer executive to change mybill plan but could not connect, it takes me out from toll free number again and again and also unable to change frm your app but again it failed to show option to change. Poor service

    I got 7 airtel sim cards at my home coz as a customer we thought @airtelindia was the best company we got since last 12 years but we were wrong thats why i m porting all the sim cards from airtel to other network like @reliancejio so you can understand the power of customer

    @Airtel_Presence Got a call from CS on 08/10 conveying #Airtel is upgrading my BB plan to 200 MBPS as "I am a valued customer", it was supposed to be auto upgraded, but it didn't. I was expecting this, as #Airtel is not so generous. Is #Airtel is spamming people? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Just ported in Airtel and from the first day I am unable to use my internet perfectly ! Your Airtel service Centre Saharanpur ( UP) couldn’t found any Solution of my problem they always have two option either they do Complaint or they can change the Sim ! Help pls !
