@airtelindia very bad service I recharged with rs 299 and i am not able to use amozon prime it was asking to pay money and in airtel it is impposible to talk to customer care

@airtelindia Has the worst customer service available. I installed it's Xtreme fibre a couple of weeks ago and now it's not working. I rang those who installed it, they replied that they are coming in an hour and nit receiving any calls for the last 3-4 hours .

broadband will be installed in the evening. Forcing me to take full day leave. But he didn't came. On calling he only gives false excuses. Till 27 th evening he didn't installed it. This is one the worst kind of unprofessionalism shown by the airtel. @airtelindia
