@airtelindia very bad service I recharged with rs 299 and i am not able to use amozon prime it was asking to pay money and in airtel it is impposible to talk to customer care

Everytime I think network providers in India couldn’t get I’m hit with a surprise. Changed from @airtelindia to #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare where the sales exec assured there’d be no hidden charges one month down the line I’m being told to pay charges to both companies.
