    Airtel Black is still costly as compared to other service providers I have 3 mob plans (Rs 180/month/mob avg) 1 DTH connection (Rs 320/ month) and if I buy jio fiber (Rs 399 + GST ) Total amnt would be only 1300 aprx/month. But @airtelindia launched all this for 2099+GST

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Support staff acts helpless & directionless. Just say they’ll escalate the issue but can’t assure me this complaint will be tackled. No assurance of time. No reference-able ticket. I genuinely need 40Mb speeds as we have 4 members at home who often take zoom calls synchronously

    @airtelindia broadband support team will never resolve your issues even after waiting for 15min on hold in IVR.I request to change my router way back but still it's a open ticket for them.
