Calls frequently fail/drop, take 1-2 minutes to connect and often have no voice. Internet also doesn’t work despite full signal. Almost all Airtel users are facing the same issue. Shame on you.

As per TRAI norms, incoming should stay active for a grace period post-expiry. This is unacceptable, resolve this matter immediately. @airtelindia this feels customer exploitation.
