Wifi speed is down since 13th Aug, raised a ticket on 14th Aug, they called me on 15th Aug eve and told me there's a network tower issue. Today's day 5, it's still unresolved.

No signal for calls or internet inside homes, barely 1 bar outside. Meanwhile @JioCare has full network even indoors in the same area. Please fix this on priority!

Harish Naarayanan (@harish_narry05) reported@airtelindia @Airtel The worst service which I experienced in recent times. I gave shifting service before 35days and its still not shifted and then the sales team from Virugambakkam Chennai made me go with new connection and cancel the old connection just for meeting target.
