    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia — utterly disappointed with delhi airport Airtel prepaid sim counter staff , he is rude , constantly on phone and says server down . If you guys cant have one and only sim counter in the whole airport function properly , how do you plan to operate properly ?

    @airtelindia Applied for Wi-Fi. Before payment, your sales rep called multiple times with fake commitments. Now after payment, they completely stopped responding to calls. ​If this is the service BEFORE installation, what should I expect later? I want to CANCEL my connection.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm still waiting and calling 198 on daily basis with zero resolution. I have call recordings of all the conversations and fake promises for a call back and resolution. What's the use of having Airtel Black plan with postpaid and wifi connections?

    @airtelindia fibre Internet since yesterday it’s been more than 24hrs in the Bhandup lake road area. The Airtel app does not even have any way to raise a service request. Just an automated message. No notification on timeline of service restoration.

    @JioCare shameful service provider Jio fiber SR registered on 26.6 Er scheduled on 27th postphoned on 28.6 again on 30.6. Yesterday stated visited on 2.7.26 Today again rescheduled on 3.7.26 Almost 168 hours are over shameful ugly service provider @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate
