I clearly mentioned that the internet drops / degraded between 7PM - 11 PM IST. This is purely to do with bandwidth sharing, what is that technician do with the WiFI router!!

Rajiv (@Rajiv_Realid) reported@airtelindia I did a data recharge yesterday at night for my mom. A 22 rupees recharge of 1 gb data. She didn't get that reflected in her airtel app and was not able to use the internet as well. I raised a complaint and got a complaint id. Care to help?
