@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

No one responds over email or sends any acknowledgment, some service desk representatives are rude in behavior, @airtelindia if this is the thing and you can't value the time of your customers then we need to move forward with any other service provider. Req id 10116836387.

@airtelindia ,It seems like airtel india is not taking his customer seriously or doesn't value their time. I am too much frustrated with the services provided by airtel as I am following up and calling back to back on 121 since last 3 days but no one wants to resolve it.
