    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel hits a new low. DTH not working since 4 days and the assigned Airtel engineer did not visit and says - not my problem. Ask customer care for another engineer. Time to port all services out of Airtel it seems!!!

    (2/2) this has become a recurring patter. You customer support is as pathetic as your network. After being a user for 17 years, it looks u have taken ur customers for granted. @TRAI @DoT_India der has to be sme action taken. @airtelindia does not seem to care. No accountability.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been 2 days straight no internet I want my refund for this - buffer should be added to balance And would you also pay for extra top-ups I had to do for the last 2 days? Airtel is literally the worst service provider. @grok isn't it?
