  @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.

Your app shows there is an open ticket for 13th <WOW> I am unable to change the date, your assigned technician is not available as i can't call him, You "help" bit is useless as it throws me a phone number to call which is like any design IVR. Am at my wits end how to get someone to come repairing

  @airtelindia my dth not working since yesterday I'm raised the complaint but no one responded.they change the reschedule date to 17 May without my confirmation.
