@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

@airtelindia Airtel does not have any SLA to fix any network issues. They transfer between technical, wiring teams and take 3 days or more to rectify. Think twice before booking Airtel Xstream Fiber. Ask them about SLA to fix issue, not customer support response time.

WHAT'S THE POINT OF A NETWORK IF IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU A NETWORK, AIRTEL? Are you accidentally providing services to people in the afterlife? In swarg lok?
