    @airtelindia why AirTel has removed 28 days validity recharge of Rs. 49 and replaced it with Rs. 79? only incoming facility recharge is also not available? We don't have indoor network so this AirTel no is as good as dead, just have to keep as it has got linked earlier. #looters

    @airtelindia My wife's WhatsApp is hacked. Had blocked the services of that Airtel number but still the hacker has access of the same WhatsApp number. Kindly guide us with the same with reference to closing the WhatsApp account. SR#4WST20221109819819813 complaint no.

    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.     @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

    @airtelindia If there is a word to defame Airtel black premium internet services, we have to think about it. Because even many times you call their customer care or their field engineers, no one will treat you as a client. Bcoz it’s worst internet service provider
