@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

Unlimited calling service offered by Airtel is a sham as we are supposed to pay (premium rates) for calling toll free customer care numbers of other companies (like banking services). Jio doesn't charge for these calls; not sure about Vi. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
