    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network of internet sucks from many days what the hell is going on. It’s not making any sense to having such a horrible internet service. I feel I am living in some rural areas due to such kind of network service. Please do something.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Xstream connection down for over 4 days. Multiple calls to your customer care have resulted in no solution. Ditching my local 'cable wala' for big corporate FTTH was a terrible mistake. They at least heeded to ur complaints. #Airtel #Pathetic

    I'm very much disappointed with Airtel customer service. As I raised a request to shift my broadband on 25Feb 2022 but still my request is not completed. Airtel only making fake statement that it will do it by today,in 4hours etc., @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Do the needful

    Since Monday, all we’ve been getting are endless promises “by morning,” “by evening,” “in a few hours” but still NO INSTALLATION. Completely unacceptable customer service. Please stop giving false timelines and get this resolved immediately. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence Nice copy-paste reply, @airtelindia, but it doesn't address my issue. I'm not travelling—I'm always at home, your 5G Unlimited doesn't work. But when I buy a ₹49 data pack, I get high-speed internet in the same location. Explain this and stop sending generic replies.
