Despite raising multiple complaints, your IVR still starts only in Hindi, making it difficult to access support in English. This is very disappointing. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work.
