From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

@airtelindia you guys provide the worst broadband service in India. Your engineers can't reach out to their own team to get an issue fixed and here I'm with no internet connection for 10+ hours due to an external cable disconnection.

Why doing fraud with customers. Fraud company... Agents are selling sim cards by giving fake information and customer care like, we can't do anything.. Fraud company.. it's better to switch to Jio atleast they are helpful.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
