From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

One of the biggest mistake I committed recently was of porting my jio sim to airtel, considering their better service. I was/am completely wrong. Such a poor service that, you can't even do simple audio calls with internet access being worst of all. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Automatic network disappearing in customer's SIM card. Going to the nearby showroom and getting a new sim back, l have to go 50 to 80 kilometers to get the new sim card of airtel. You are requested not to disturb Airtel customers like this. @PiyushGoyal Ji
