From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

@airtelindia your support staff says its the hand set. But if he is able to use same handset in different provider there are no issues but switching to airtel call drop happens. How difficult is it for your highly qualified engineers to sort this
