    @airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service provider in our nation.. I have applied for a new SIM card as my existing one was not working since yesterday morning… they said initially it will take 4 hours for activation… but it is still not resolved… tired of calling CS

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia always facing network issue in Delhi. Your services are pathetic. You are even unable to operate in Delhi. Now i decided to port airtel to @reliancejio .

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence When i asked the customer exec to compensate for the lost days of service he had no resolution. I filed the complaint on 2nd Feb and they promised to resolved by 10 feb today is 12th and still no resolution. Pathetic service!
