From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia please improve your signal strength in Chas ( Nali) area. Open network shows excellent coverage but I could barely make call from this area. Pin code is 423604. I did complaint 4 moths back but no solution as on date.

@airtelindia Has gone down to such level that my Fastag was made deactivated by them and when consulting Customer Care he is telling me to upgrade Airtel Payment Bank so as to make the Fastag Active. Why would I need to reate a bank account for Fastag. Disgraceful Service @RBI
