@TRAI @airtelindia On 19-Mar, Airtel customer care agent called & requested me to put the broadband connection into safe custody rather than terminate it. She repeatedly assured that there were no charges. No I get a bill charged at 500 for a month. What kind of fraud is this ?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Again and Again every 2 months your network will down do you have any systems to make this happen repeatedly? No signals in the phone itself, i don't know what is the fun it? If you can't fix it let us know we will find some other network which works

very disappointed with @airtelindia with their network connection , really feeling bad for taking their subscription again even after knowing their service is bad, and you have no option to contact their customer desk either need to port this network @airtelindia ASAP
