    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How many times I have to complain for the network issues? Your person who called to resolve have not even listening to the issues. Worst network provider. Feel pity while seeing the ads about best network. Shameful

    @airtelindia I have a sim used in my iPad and internet not working. I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!! Who trained these people to speak with ease, it will take 14 days to solve?? and you are competing in a highly digitised world. Don't you think 14 days is less?

    Customer care ? When can I speak to a person who is not a bot , what kind of terrible pathetic company that you are running @JioCare I am working from home , my whole job requires wi fi . If this is not fixed by tomorrow I will shift to @airtelindia I don’t really need your servi

    @SPARK_TANAY @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have the OPPO Find X9 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The latter has a dedicated SA toggle that is on, but I am still not getting access to Airtel 5G SA despite having SA network active in the Dahanukar. I am experiencing a 5G network issue in Dahanukar Colony from the last two years. The 4G data network is completely disrupted here. However, Airtel refuses to listen. I have been asking them to improve the network since 2023, but they ignore the issue. I also have a postpaid SIM.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working since last 5 days and when ever i call airtel black support team they say your request is in progress but its in progress from last 5 day. Airtel black is working worse than BSNL support

    @airtelindia Very poor internet after 2.5GB/day plan. Not working anywhere (home & office). Earlier 2GB plan was fine. In a month, I could not even use 5GB data. Complained many times, no solution. Port request to Jio already raised. Fix ASAP or I will port. Details in DM.

    @ETNOWlive @airtelindia @SumitaKareer What is the use. No changes in spam calls and Airtel does not even help restore internet on time. Only gives excuses.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Timeline keeps changing (10 PM → 4 PM → again 10 PM) but broadband still not working (Complaint: 11029377156). Very poor service and false commitments. Please resolve by 10 PM without fail or I will escalate to consumer forum. Jaipur

    @airtelindia @nakulgrover11 Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall
