  @airtelindia I’ve been trying to close one connection of DTH from my Airtel black package since last 1 year. Every time I get told it’ll take 48 hours to close but the same has not been done till now. From past 1 year I’ve been paying the money for the same. Such callous behaviour from Airtel.   a great reply by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Instead of addressing it, Airtel sent me a template on updating an Authorized Signatory for an Airtel Business account. My complaint wasn’t even about a business account.Customers deserve responses, not random templates
