    @airtelindia you guys post of world class service but on ground service is pathetic. Xtream fiber is not working for last 5 days. No action on complaint, engineer not picking up phone and customer care is basically a robot, giving same standard reply. Planning to switch to Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How can you add any service (International Roaming Pack in our case) without we requesting for the same? The charges (in the latest bill) for the unrequested International roaming pack need to be cancelled immediately. #DayLight_Robbery_Airtel @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Request to address this problem. Last One year I don’t receive a bill. The email address is incorrect. When I request them online, When i request at Store (Pincode 411017) they don’t do it. Complex procedure. Kindly assist.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @MIB_India (1/2) Hi Airtel, Please pay attention to Consumer Grevience rather than hiding it under wraps . I had raised a complaint against payment made for SOME AIRTEL BLACK SERVICE ADDED FOR SOME RANDOM ACCOUNT ADDED against my Connection.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Already have a broadband connection and finally fiber connection is in my locality. My Broadband is paid till late Dec 22. Can i upgrade to fiber on my existing connection?? Because service team is telling me it's possible whereas sales rep deny it!

    Airtel is not having the capacity to provide even provide 10 days hassle free services I raised complaint on 2nd it get solved on 5th again I need to raise issue on 7th and today again nit stopped working. Why u guys are charging us? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @consumerforum_
