It was 6 days ago when I asked @Airtel_Presence how to check my data balance. Why can't you resolve a very simple and basic issue? Do you lack in technical expertise, if so then hire one or outsource the same. But tend to customer queries on priority. @airtelindia

@TRAI I had applied for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband connection. transaction ID is 328634568 Date of payment 28.3.2021. Subsequently, I had to cancel my connection, for which I have not been given refund. Airtel doesn't respond either.
