@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am going to shut down Airtel DTH service if my problem will not be solved before 12:30 tomorrow. I am going to recommend all my friends and family members no to use use this disgusted service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid for an xtream fiber connection y'day. Executive said the conn will be up in 2 hours.Been 20 hours now,still we dont have internet due to "server issues","backend team not available" etc etc. Atleast set correct expectations. Pathetic service!!
