    Very bad experience with @airtelindia secure. Only false assurance at the time of bringing customer in. Actually, nothing covered in Airtel secure. When you ask to escalate, they say, we are final authority and we rejected. That's it. What a horrible handling of customer. 😢😢

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel, do u guys even understand the issue. Inspite of explaining the issue twice to 2 different people from Social media team yet u guys end up doing the same thing - “No resolution”. Zero ownership by everyone from top to bottom.

    @airtelindia there is no support available. The so called airtel thanks app is the most non user friendly app i have ever used....all it does is to move u in circles...i am not able to do small things like Change my plan and recharge my brodband connection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the point in calling customers and harassing them when u don’t do anything. Open the ticket and close it without doing anything. And then u send a “Happy Code” that u need from customer for not doing anything. Another level of customer service

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel team...why always you fail to maintain network in Miraroad. Calls are getting disconnected and internet not working, plz do something or else we don't have choice but switch to other networks..I too have Vodafone it is working at super speed.
