@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Instead of spending millions on advertisement, please look into the details of your pathetic network engineering and support team. Had raised an issue on 12th June, for LOS on Broadband Connection. Issue not resolved since 24 hours. Pathetic!!

@VittalGopal @airtelindia I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOUR CALL SUPPORT FOR LAST 2 DAYS. Please text me personally , take my number and call ASAP. Otherwise Jio is a good option I guess in terms of customer support.

@airtelindia 3rd time in last 30 days I am again without internet and this has again hampered my work for day. @Airtel_Presence @ConsumerCom This has been the issue since day one I have got Airtel Fibre. Their internet service is awful and zero customer satisfaction. shame
