    I use @airtelindia wifi at home. There was issue with wifi at home today is 18th may 26. Airtel customer care AI based said they will send some after days days on 20th may 26 look into it What a great service. #airtelblack

    @airtelindia experience is going worst day by day..and the latest recharge plan of 399 and 449 of unlimited 4G/5G is a total scam ,to use the internet with this plan I have to switch 4g to 5g to 4g agn &again and dail 121, internet work until call cut @Airtel_Presence I'll PORT

    Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia is charging me for #AirtelBlack while I can't make a single call or use the internet. Mailed customer care . No help Mailed consumer grievance .No help Contacted @TRAI still no help How is this even legal? I'm paying for a service I CANNOT USE. This needs to stop.

    @airtelindia its forth day still shameless airtel not taken any action for my Internet issue. Today morning i have gone to a shop when its time to pay money i open my phone for pay then i come to know that i am using a pathetic airtel service then i come back without purchase
