    @Airtel_Presence Guys, its been more than 15 days my relocation request is being raised which is still not attended. I am amazed by the excellent service provided by airtel and their udaipur team. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I think I should switch to jio fiber.

    @airtelindia I am completely shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service on your calling platform. I am facing 5G issues and your customer service executive was extremely rude and hung the call in my face. We pay a premium for recharges and expect nothing in return?

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel Black customer, and one of my mobile connections has no mobile data. Despite raising multiple complaints, your IVR still starts only in Hindi, making it difficult to access support in English. This is very disappointing. Please resolve both the mobile data issue and provide an English IVR option.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio
