    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you're giving the worst Xstream fiber service in my area. My wifi daily stops working at around 9-10 am and resolves by 2-3 pm after complaining on customer service they says it won't happen again but still it's happening since the last 8-10 days

    Worst service and support from airtel. Raised complaint for broadband issue yesterday still no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but still you guys are trying to loot by asking me to pay unbilled amount if i try to raise disconnection request.

    @airtelindia Why airtel should not start an Online forum in a simple and easy manner. In which if a customer receives any telemarketing, charity, real estate, Health, Education etc calls. Then that number can be reported to you by the user directly via, that forum.

    @airtelindia Why is the customer denied for eSIM on there existing prepaid sim card? I was told to convert to postpaid and then apply for eSIM. nor is my email id being updated on prepaid sim. I already have a 1yr prepaid plan why should I convert to postpaid for eSIM?
