    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim failure happening very frequently with Airtel Sims. Each time We are forced to go to CSC and replace Sims. Happened third time with my number. Serious quality issues with Airtel Sims?

    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    @airtelindia Returned from USA this morning and my mobile stopped functioning to make calls or receive them Complain and I am told Airtel will take 2 weeks to resolve it. Is this the level of service?

    @rakesh__gurrapu @IndianTechGuide @airtelindia For that they have bought a priority plan where you become part of some priority frequency band and you dont face call drops not connecting issues. Sounds stupid for a telecom company but its true.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia At this stage, the request is to: Cancel the Wi-Fi UPS purchase and process the full refund immediately. Disconnect the Airtel Wi-Fi connection given the service standards.

    A tower has been installed in Rampur Chandrasaini, Bhadrauli, Bah, Agra, but it is practically of no use. The network is extremely poor and often doesn’t work at all. Even after the tower installation, 5G service has not been launched here yet. Please inspect @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @iamRashmika This is the FOURTH time the Wifi is down, Service req 11037804616 keeps getting Rescheduled without my CONSENT multiple times. The Crap Engineers don't pick up the calls. CC sucks. BS network. Not going to pay the bill and return the Router and cables.

    4–5 months, 2 complaints, SIM upgraded to 5G—and STILL useless call quality & internet! One room has network, another says “Emergency Calls Only.” Paid for a full year, so I can’t even port easily. What exactly am I paying for? Fix your network! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia the service has been worst off late. You guys don't care for customers. I have raised a shifting request for more than a week. No answer, no accountability. Also, I get call from customer service and for 5 mins nobody comes to talk. Pathetic service.
