  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service I have ever seen, I am getting 15 kbps of speed when I am using airtel wifi,fade up with service,done trouble shooting with them but still facing issue,it is not related with area but airtel wifi only,so it would be better if replaced.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Being a Platinum member is waste! It is said I will preferred customer service but My problem is not being attended over period of two months. When called @airtelindia nodal team they don't know the timeline of settlement. Very frustrated on service.
