    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim failure happening very frequently with Airtel Sims. Each time We are forced to go to CSC and replace Sims. Happened third time with my number. Serious quality issues with Airtel Sims?

    @trai @consumerforum_ you need to really take action against @airtelindia where for an airtel black customer they have done almost nothing to restore airtel fibre service for about a month now. Please let me know how to lodge an official complaint about Airtel

    It's a bummer that @airtelindia Xtream DTH box doesn't allow USB debugging option. Was trying to optimise it. I recall facing same issues with Airtel's Xtream Fiber router. Replaced that one easily, but parents depend on this DTH, so need to think first!

    @airtelindia There was some issue with the wifi 2-3 days ago, the technician came yesterday (yes we were without without wifi for 1-2 days), he "fixed" it, now today it is again out. And the only option I am able to see is to book service after 2 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, this is completely unacceptable! I ported my number from Jio to Airtel on August 20th. My Jio SIM went deactivated on August 27th, and I immediately inserted the new Airtel SIM. It’s been 4 DAYS with ZERO network and service!Fix this issue.@TRAI

    @airtelindia registered call through your new service provider as no response available on CC No. But Nos shared by message are not responding first message to repair today 09 to 10 AM now just changed service engineer who will attend 11 to12 PM both are not receiving calls ????

    @airtelindia pathetic service , pathetic experience , don’t provide support to postpaid customers as well . To my friends switch to Jio or any other but never get Airtel . @Airtel_Presence tell me the process of changing the service provider
