    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim failure happening very frequently with Airtel Sims. Each time We are forced to go to CSC and replace Sims. Happened third time with my number. Serious quality issues with Airtel Sims?

    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    @airtelindia Your internet connectivity is very poor in dense areas, especially in high-rise buildings. On the other hand, if we move to open areas like roads, it works fine. So I suggest that during internet connectivity testing, you should ask your employees to perform tests

    @airtelindia No network in my area for MONTHS (Kulve, Sirsi – 581403). Already completed all troubleshooting and raised complaints but no resolution. Need a clear answer: - Is there a tower near my location? - If yes, why no coverage? - If not, when will it be installed?

    Worst service by @airtelindia . No response from 121, 198 and email as well. Their agent provided false information and booked airtel Fiber instead of airtel airfiber to fulfill his Target.

    My number has suddenly discontinued despite being active for 5+ years with an annual pack. 198 support says it’s active, but the Airtel store says it’s not in their system. Extremely frustrating. Please resolve this ASAP! #AirtelDown #AirtelIndia @airtelindia

    Facing a serious issue with @airtelindia 🚨 I’m unable to call ANY 1800/toll-free customer care numbers. It keeps saying “no balance / recharge expired” even though my plan is active. Regular calls are working absolutely fine. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
