    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim failure happening very frequently with Airtel Sims. Each time We are forced to go to CSC and replace Sims. Happened third time with my number. Serious quality issues with Airtel Sims?

    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    Airtel India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you need to educate your on ground broadband support team in Bengaluru better. For any problem they come, they rename the wifi names without asking and then it's a drag to explain to them why it's painful to reconfigure tens of devices.

    @airtelindia Issue reported on 6th of July ticket created on 7th of july with resolution date of 8th July morning, but look like your support team doesn't have a calendar or watch to see what's the current time & date.

    @airtelindia i M Airtel postpaid customer for 10+ years. For the last 3 months, the network, voice quality, and internet have been extremely poor. no resolution or support. Very disappointing. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Its been 2 days since internet is down for airtel wifi accnt no. 20041014641. I am unable to make call escalation dnt help no one is there to listen up worst service ever never but airtel wifi @airtelindia chat box also sucks ..

    this is the way a company treat is user .so i recommend all the user don't make mistakes to take the airtel as they do fraud and say we are the 1st spam fighting network where there are only doing such scam they are schamer. I will definitely report them in @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw From 24th June till today 9th July I have tried many times on customer support but nothing has happened, I have also gone to Airtel store, when new connection purchase very fast work is being done to get it and when time to stop or close connection no one listens to me.

    @airtelindia what a fraud networking company you are . Not able to provide wi-fi even in Bangalore . Over top of it your technical team and customer care are worst service providers. Shame
