    Im really fed up by this bad and sh!tty quality of internet by airtel. The quality it used to offer before don't exist now. Its truth that when duopoly takes over, the market becomes unfair. I frist thought it was my device or location issue but its not @airtelindia @TRAI .

    I have installed Xtream Fiber at my home on 7th june. After 10 min that STB is not working, from that i am calling airtel engineer plus try to raise request on airtel thanks app still you are not taking it. My recharge of 1500 is wasting. Look at this. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Pathetic service, stop calling yourself Airtel cares when you really don't . Giving a duplicate sim and making t work has taken 4 days and numerous visits with some goof up happening every single time. Shocking service quality @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia , @TRAI , I would like to raise a concen about the pathetic behavior and services and operate as you like. First we need to do an unlimited recharge to call 121 or 198. And you will charge top for per 3 minutes as well. Even after that, there is no option to raise complain about Wifi. And when I somehow manage to talk to customer executive after back and forth argue with your AI assist. They said you should call 121. My god, I got able to talk to you after calling 121 and after 5 mint. What happened to my India. Isn't what we expected. And I know there will no body to care about this post as well. And nobody restricte them to raise recharge in every 6 months. #pmoindia #airtel #service

    My airtel air fiber is not working from last 6 days and even my cell phone also not giving 5G internet connection, not sure any alert mechanism are there or not but seems something wrong with local tower all family 5G is not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    Imagine paying for @airtelindia Airtel Black and losing internet because it rained for 5 minutes. Other ISPs keep working without issues, but Airtel's network gives up at the first sign of rain. Premium charges, pathetic reliability.
