    @airtelindia from last 5 days, I am chasing to shift my Airtel broadband but your app sucks. On Friday my request accepted of shifting and got a call for confirmation as well ,post that there is no update and I can't reach your customer support as well.

    @airtelindia tried calling customer care several times to update email id for eSIM, the IVR system seems to freeze and not respond to inputs. Please arrange a call back at the earliest, can share phone number in DM.

    worst network speed provided by @airtelindia . I have to change network type from LTE to 2G only for calling and network purpose in 4G phone . Shame on you @airtelindia 👎.
