    @AppleTV @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In india, airtel and apple created the worst process to give apple tv for airtel customers. Verification codes cannot be sent is the error apple tv throws. Cheating customers by this collaboration

    @airtelindia @airtelindia What ******** is this scam? I paid for an UNLIMITED 5G plan, but after my daily 1.5–2GB data is exhausted, the internet completely stops. No unlimited 5G since DAY ONE. Customer care is useless AI bullshit and the app is ******* useless. FIX THIS ****.

    I get a DM saying my request has been escalated last night. This morning, instead of the status of the refund, I get a SMS saying a new technician has been assigned. Over email, @airtelindia now says they cannot cancel the connection, after saying it's already done on Thursday.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lodged a complaint of non-functioning Wi-Fi at my home on July 3. Nobody visited. Again lodged it on July 12, nobody visited. Again called customer care today, still no action. And I'm a premium black customer! What has happened to this company?

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress , in today's time it is so difficult to work without best network and when I try to connect customer executive it is dome Ai agent who just doesn't understand the issue, atleast have a human to connect to for such issues, this makes me question should I even continue with Airtel
