    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, 2nd time this month - "service temporarily unavailable". Trying to call customer care, Agent who installed, Other guy with Airtel TShirt Unavailable. Am I paying for downtime? If I wanted this, I'd have picked @BSNLCorporate. Fix it now.

    @airtelindia they ensure that wifi issue will get resolved within 24hrs. Now it's More than 24 hrs my issue is not yet resolved nor able to connect with the customer care @DoT_India @JM_Scindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s the third day when your wi-fi services are down in our area- only chat bots and IVR with fake info that services will be resumed shortly!! I have a job to keep(WFH) and thanks to your pathetic mobile services too- no network on phone as well!!
