@airtelindia Airtel has very pathetic service in kinwat maharashtra 431804 when electricity goes their mobile towers also shut off they dont have even Generator back up facility if you are talking from phone immediately electricity goes then call drops.

@airtelindia Please cancel my connection after 3 months as this is a fraudulent company. Due to company's tech issue bill was not generated on time and we have to bear the charges as we cannot claim now. Pathetic and worst experience. Jio/triple play would be far way better.

So @Airtel_Presence called to confirm if I want to port to postpaid/prepaid. Once I confirmed its prepaid, they asked me to visit store. But for postpaid, they deliver sim at same location. Don't have a problem going to store, but why the false promise @airtelindia @airtelnews?
