    @airtelindia Airtel has very pathetic service in kinwat maharashtra 431804 when electricity goes their mobile towers also shut off they dont have even Generator back up facility if you are talking from phone immediately electricity goes then call drops.

    @airtelindia First Focus on your 4g prepaid users after that go to 5g and broadband service.Enhance your network then automatically people will take . Don't necessary to advertising your network.

    @airtelindia I reside in a low signal area of Airtel. I often do not receive SMS. But connected with internet through WiFi. Like voice over WiFi, Is it possible to send SMS the same way to Whats app or any other chat system securely?

    Inspite of having WIFi disabled on my device & WiFi Calling disabled on my SIM, @airtelindia always seems to deduct the Internet balance after a call. I am unable to raise a complaint with them via the IVR. Their people at the store insist that I have used it..@Airtel_Presence
