    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Sir, I have been using airtel from more than 7 years, it's network is quite good but from past few days the 4G seems to be very slow. I shall be giving you the exact location. Pls look into this

    @airtelindia My airfiber is giving less than 10mbps, none of your customer service number are picking up calls, phone numbers given on Airtel thanks app are dead and not in use, 24x7 chat help is useless as I have raised this issue 10 times and no one shows up. Please fix this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is not working since yesterday, unable to reach customer care. The ivr simply says that they are upgrading their systems& inconvenience regretted. Ours is air fibre. what is the issue. Worst experience. #chennai #Airtel #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia Complaint already registered on CPGRAMS (Reg No: DOTEL/E/2026/0026894) regarding open pit left after Air Fibre installation in Agra. Kindly take immediate action as it is a serious safety hazard.

    @AirtelIndia No network in our area for 6+ years. Many loyal users here for 15+ years still facing daily issues. Multiple complaints made, no tower installed yet. Please resolve urgently or we will be forced to switch to Jio.

    @airtelindia I have not seen worst app and customer service of any company till now. Absolutely zero connection with customer . You tell customer to go to nearest Airtel outlets for small things. Do you think your customer is free and has nothing to do in his life .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1. #airtel is the most pathetic company in the service industry these days. I raised 2 request to unbundle black plan and cancel the WiFi shift request but even after almost 15 days these guys don't have any solution, other than just lie. #fraud

    Dear @airtelindia I have Airtel fiber and I am facing network issues in that. I have registered the complainant regarding this on 20 April 2026 in customer care. Customer care is not able to provide resolutions and they are taking my wifi cancellation request. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Formal complaint filed with National Consumer Helpline against Airtel for persistent 5G network issues and false ticket closures. Complaint ID: 9192357 Still no resolution since 26 March. Awaiting immediate action.

    @Airtel_Presence I shared the details over DM. I tried reaching out to technician more than 20 times and no response. Neither they call me, nor they lift my call. I want some resolution by today - either install or refund @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
