    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No network inside home. The issue is since 2014, raised no of complain. No action nothing. Take a look as you guys are targeting 0 complain. 7978989345

    @airtelindia Pathetic Customer Service! In today’s day and age, you take 4 days and provide no resolution to a Airtel Black Customer. Customer service executives make me hold the call for 30 mins, no escalation is possible, no supervisor even cares to attend the call.

    @airtelindia no end of my problem. Conn not installed. Air Fiber and Fiber conn shifting both are pending. My daughter’s preparations for competitive exams are badly affected. Your field staff are jot responding. Btw how many days u take for conn provision??

    Worst service provider in India 🇮🇳 nowdays Airtel .. making fool to people dont have proper service .. you will not find proper network coverage .. neither wifi signal strength for so called air fiber @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia From almost A month I am complening about two issues one of them is very basic related to hellotunes but after giving complaints at senior level CC as well no resolution at all, today as well given one more time same complaint. Is it really difficult to resolve???

    @airtelindia For a new connection, the timeline is 1 day and for a complaint resolution it is how many days or shall I say months ? Struggling without internet for 4 days after paying almost 1500 rupees every month

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just a friendly suggestion. Better you should shutdown your network services in our area completely. There will be no change with this kind of poor infrastructure you are maintaining in our village. Don’t take rural customers for granted.
