    @airtelindia surfing speed is becoming extremely slow due to #JantaCurfewMarch22 & in #Rajkot its complete lockdown till 25th. So people remains at home and more load on network. Please do something.

    I m using airtel 4g & struggling with internet connection for past 1 week. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence claiming to be India's best mobile 4g internet provider is not able to serve a small area in rajkot city and not able to rectify 4g issue, Even after several complains.

    I m so fade up of @airtelindia mobile 4g internet in my area that I have to go to another area and work out of my car, so I get internet connection to complete office work. This is 2nd time posting this issue. Becoz airtel told me that they're working on it & will notify progress

    But I haven't received any notification from @airtelindia yet. I am facing this issue from last week. I had registered my first complain on 3rd march. And still the issue persist. This is pathetic service. And there is no follow up from @airtelindia on this.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid. You guys have not been processing and charging heavily even when i hardly use your service. Not to mention the utterly pathetic network that just doesn't work. Better process request to avoid further escalation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ticket #31-1000013006748 raised on Apr 10 still unresolved after 4 days. I am travelling in 2 days with no working mobile data on my ₹1199 postpaid plan. Fix this by tomorrow or I am filing a TRAI complaint.

    @airtelindia is the worst wifi broadband service. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

    @airtelindia My internet speed is stuck at ~0.2 Mbps for the last 4 days. Complaint was marked resolved without fixing anything. SIM replaced, tested in another phone still same issue. This is clearly a backendproblem. Please fix this urgently or escalate to your technical team

    @AirtelIndia I am on your ₹859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2
