    @airtelindia I have recharged my non internet mobile with 100/- talk time to reactivate it. Even then it wasn't active. Talked to Customer Support who "orders" to recharge extra 129/- plan to get it activated. 129 plan constitutes 1gb data that's irrelevant to non net mobile.
