    It seems that @airtelindia will not take any accountability & action on the issues raised by custmrs After raising a ticket for my broadband connection, I have to wait for 3 days and follow up with cc and local team just so that ghost me again will have to switct to @ACTFibernet

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a complaint on 22nd March which should have resolved on 23rd march is still pending and customer care is just extending time again and again. This isn't the experience that I expected from Airtel after years of good services.

    Hi @airtelindia @airtelbank, my Airtel number has been deactivated, and the customer care confirmed it can be reactivated within 15days of grace period. However the airtel store personall at jagdeopath patna is declining saying it can't be reactivated. Please look into it.
