  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelblack #airtel #customerservice Extremely disappointed with Airtel Black service. My Wi-Fi is still NOT restored despite repeated complaints and follow-ups. SR 1103758290 was marked “RESOLVED” without any engineer visit or actual resolution. Customer Care again told me today that the issue was fixed from the backend, but my Airtel Black indicator is still RED. I’m attaching a live video as proof. I need an actual technical resolution, not another backend update or false complaint closure. Please urgently intervene, arrange an engineer visit and restore my service.   So the network was fine, my SIM/phone were fine, and the unlimited entitlement was showing as active — but Airtel wasn't actually letting me use it. What is going on with the Unlimited Data provisioning? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @Ramanand06X @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you went to jio? it is more horrible!!! bsnla would have been better. with jio, no human customer care, fake 5g splicing promise, security deposit won't be returned. i lost 12k in security deposit with several postpaid sim, 4 air fiber etc. They won't fix issues, takes revenge

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the service. My prepaid SIM was delivered only after repeated follow-ups, but it is still not activated. I emailed customer care asking for the activation timeline and whether any action is needed from my side, but received no response.
