My sim has been switched off by airtel yesterday and airtel store and airtel customer care executives are not even telling the reason for the sim shutdown, they are even saying that there is no record of your number in our database while. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

@airtelindia ported to Airtel assuming better service quality. Leave aside service, the SIM itself has gone kaput. If that wasn't enough one needs to navigate the quagmire they call customer service
