  @airtelindia connection got lost since 20 Mar, today is 24th it's been 4 days and nobody has taken this matter seriously.I called airtel thousand times.Since two days operator called Akash Andhale was supposed to visit and resolve the issue but he has not visited yet #AirtelDown

  @airtelindia- Had one of the worst times dealing with your dth team. Got a new connection and the engineer was unable to install a simple set top box. plus the gentleman expects me to come on video call and he will not come and set the dth setup.#pathetic service

  @airtelindia one of the worst experiences today. I have one airtel plan with 4 nos . My father 80 plus who is just recovering from covid has 1. All 5 numbers have no network today. I couldn't connect to office . Had to get jiofi from someone.

  @airtelindia the behavior by your employees is unacceptable...if a customer has a problem they don't solve and reply rudely.. don't excepted from a company like Airtel

  I never faced such issue with @airtelindia. One should just be wary of @reliancejio. Their service levels have gone down drastically.
