I had a broadband transfer issue on @airtelindia for last week yet I got only commitment from cc. They're delaying as the customer is free only for call them. If @Airtel_Presence don't have importance of his customers then I'm free for going to other service providers. #zerocomp

@airtelindia if you have any issues in paying vendors payments then you should atleast ask them to write off. Unwanted mails for months is not the right way of doing business. Not expected from a brand like Airtel.

Have spoken with your support team in transferring my broadband connection and they suggested “move to Jio”. Funny thing, I have an active connection at home while your team says, we don’t cover your area. Great going @airtelindia Really happy to switch to @reliancejio
