    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    @Airtel_Presence Still no resolution. Complete ignorance , lack of empathy and willing to resolve such a simple issue continues @airtelindia . I'm pretty sure if this was a call for new connection, it would have resolved within 2 hrs

    When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelnews Airtel Fiber down AGAIN – just 6 days after the last outage. This is now a REPEATED PROBLEM, multiple times a month. For a paid broadband service, this is unacceptable. Fix this properly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please upgrade the UBR MINI 5G CELL installed in BATIKA (Besides Roypara Durga Mandir), Pin- 712134, West Bengal to support STANDALONE 5G mode (All other MACRO CELLs already giving SA 5G). As a POSTPAID user this is my humble request.
