    @airtelindia I’ve been to Airtel Store at Hadapsar. The issue was I transferred my Airtel eSIM from an old iPhone to new iPhone as per steps given on official Airtel website. The process got completed and eSIM got deleted from old phone and in phone it shows no service.

    @airtelindia it's amazing that one can get a new wifi connection in a day but to cancel the same you need 7 days. It's the third day since placing the request still no action.

    And today when someone finally called? All he did was say he’d escalate it to SOMEONE ELSE. You cannot be serious!!! Your final suggestion after all this? Get a new physical SIM. That’s it. That’s your fix. 12 days of my time wasted and that’s the best @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need a segregated bill for my IR pack (postpaid plan) to submit reimbursement claim. Being Airtel Black customer not received any support so far. Is this your customer service level?

    @airtelindia - Pathetic customer service, do not want to believe & follow TRAI rules&guidelines. Leaving @airtelindia after years. @TRAI can we ensure that service providers work within the provided framework & guidelines and not fleece and fool people

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ai am facing persistent service issues with my Black connection (WiFi and IPTV) for the past 3–4 days. The internet speed has been significantly lower than expected, with frequent disconnections throughout the day. The IPTV service is also unstable
