@airtelindia you talking 5G, what about the pain you're giving to the existing customers? Airtel Xstream is worsening day-to-day. It's become a weekly drill to call customer care, listen to them apologise, and take the feedback. And back to same poor service.

@airtelindia A big brand like yours taking customers so casually is extremely disheartening. Every now and then the network goes away and I end up calling and hanging between the calls for over 15 minutes to reach your customer care executive.

@airtelindia the technicians that come home are thoroughly unprofessional, rude, and bad in behaviour. There's no way I can call any of your services or processes customer-friendly. When whole world is working on the internet, losing it for even 15 minutes is extremely difficult
