    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint ticket I'd is 10075303300. My wifi is down from past 2 days and in the app it is showing that it is a router problem and I raised a complaint yesterday and no engineer has even contacted me. Worst Experience.

    We are opted the telecom service with minor interruption but @airtelindia having a huge interruption in their service. @airtelindia will interrupt your brodband in every week on weekday, and never resume the service on comitted time.

    @airtelindia - Why do I need to call 121 to connect with customer care while I am using a different service provider number? Am I supposed to buy an airtel sim first to call your customer care?

    @Airtel_Presence Its been three months no one hearing the issue from Airtel. Unable to contact customer care from 121 or 198.. its better to switch @reliancejio waiting for 90 days to complete.... @airtelindia
