    A very bad experience with Airtel customer service in the area of Rajapur Allahabad. Even after many complains regarding the poor network connection in the area, they did nothing to sort out the issue. Guess the complains are just meant to be taken for granted. -1/2 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very much disappointed on your service recently. Airtel made unlimited pack must for sending sms. Even after recharged with unlimited pack I am not able to send SMS. Customer care services also not reachable. Its the time to think Porting.

    @airtelindia unable to use the internet prepaid service volte 4g. I have personally raised complaint many a times. But that's not helpful. Please take care..

    @airtelindia Your networks are not workable in many cities of North india, many parts of local mumbai, many parts of maharashtra itself. The promises you make on media and advertising are all fake. Though given complain 9f low connectivity yet you do not bother to help out.
