@airtelindia Please strengthen your network at airports, especially Kolkata Airport. Terrible connectivity. Flip side is due to this merchandise payments often fail / delayed. Persons who don’t have back up connectivity is at loss.

@airtelindia It's shamefully that you are unable to manage 4g connectivty(Ticket Id 31-4307730304054) and are speaking tall on 5G plus. My complaint is pending since 20th Oct 2022 and it's still pending. Your tech team shamefully write back, "it's taking longer then usual".
