    @airtelindia Please strengthen your network at airports, especially Kolkata Airport. Terrible connectivity. Flip side is due to this merchandise payments often fail / delayed. Persons who don’t have back up connectivity is at loss.

    @Airtel_Presence how you services are bad. I just ported to @airtelindia & i am already regretting my decision. Not able to send sms & i can’tget through 198 or 121 IVR if i select sms it says internet issues are temporary we are working & i am not able to connect to a executive.

    @airtelindia It's shamefully that you are unable to manage 4g connectivty(Ticket Id 31-4307730304054) and are speaking tall on 5G plus. My complaint is pending since 20th Oct 2022 and it's still pending. Your tech team shamefully write back, "it's taking longer then usual".

    @airtelindia Pathetic service and your customer care also harasses when you can’t deliver the service. Raised request for disconnection after 2 days of no internet and it was automated closed without getting resolved. Ticket id : 10102299400. Just disconnect the connection pls
