@airtelindia , nowhere you've mentioned which plan will be activated immediately and which one activated after current plan expiry that looks like cheating the customer, so please change this way quickly else you would lose customers

@airtelindia Extremely bad response, so careless for the customer. I have paid the bill 15 days before but still asking to pay. Wrote email, talked to team lead and everything. Now the connection is cut. Never ever use Airtel.

@airtelindia I've raised a request regarding shifting of my broadband connection on Sep 6th, 2021.But my connection is still not shifted after 15 days. I have called customer care everyday but still didn't get any ssolution.I'm not able to attend online classes due to this.
