Issues not solve yet one of the Worse network ever in the world. If you are not able to do something then just tell me i will portability in another company like @Idea @airtelindia @VodafoneIN they provide well network in this area .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took a new wifi connection last week and now i regret that decision. I am facing outage since Saturday everyday. Just so that you know, there is another option for us with no such issue. Waiting for plan to get over then switch.

@airtelindia My service number 10065328077, and I have Airtel Broadband which is not working for last 3 days. Your engineers Vishal Upadhyay from Agra was assigned but postponed it, then Shivam was to come, he called me, asked for OTP and postponed it. Ridiculous. Help please.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done the recharge for ₹5035 which includes airtel UPS worth ₹1499 and ₹3537 for 3 months plan. Later got to know that no ups service was unavailable at my location, following up many times, such pathetic customer support!!
