I asked him to escalate the call and tranfer to some superior but he was very cunning he simply transferred me to the IVR.

Its been more than 3 hrs red lights are showing only,Why should i wait for 20hrs to resolve the issue?

And instead of stopping this scam, you held the customer responsible. 1 year worth of prepaid plan vanished in thin air with forced conversion to postpaid. Bravo.
