    Issues not solve yet one of the Worse network ever in the world. If you are not able to do something then just tell me i will portability in another company like @Idea @airtelindia @VodafoneIN they provide well network in this area .

    @airtelindia I’m trying to reset my Wi-Fi password via the Airtel Thanks app, but it forces a special character. My soundbar doesn’t support special characters in Wi-Fi passwords, so I can’t connect it. Could you please reset my password to one without special characters?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.     @airtelindia Your customer care sold a WiFi + OTT plan. The OTT service stopped working within 24 hours, and despite registering a complaint 2 days ago, there has been no resolution. Your team was quick to sell the plan but seems unwilling to support it. #PoorCustomerService

    @airtelindia I think your IPTV service is kind of scam. One of your customer care executive told me to opt out DTH and go for IPTV. Well, since last 5 days, I got DTH deactivated and none of your team knows how to provision IPTV.
