    @airtelindia I have applied for airtel broad band connection a year ago. A technician came and installed airfiber eventhough we asked for Optic fiber. My wifi speed was always below 10 Mbps even though I am paying for 100 Mbps. I want to change it to optic fiber. Please help.

    @airtelindia Called customer care multiple times with no resolution. Store agents do not understand that a US visa stamp is just a travel document, not the document used to verify a person's legal stay inside the USA.

    @airtelindia Airtel, I have filed a complaint against Consumer Court about after I disconnected my Airtel broadband request, you keep billing me and you're reminding me via SMS to make payment. This is a fraud. This is mental harassment.

    @airtelindia , this has become extremely frustrating. I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel broadband, but apparently, actually leaving the service is much harder than getting it in the first place. There is no clear option on your app to request broadband disconnection.
