    @TRAI It's affecting the day to day functioning. The overall standard of service has gone down. The duopoly needs to be broken for a healthy market and optimal services. The ground level workers dealing with customer of both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have become very arrogant.

    @TRAI Hello @airtelindia doesn't provide internet and good service since 10 years in jasola
