If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    They say building is not on our map/servers and everyday a new engineer is assigned and they keep saying same thing- I just want my refund now cuz I’m done but wait here’s the best part - customer care no doesn’t exist and the chat bot is **** af @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst roaming service ever. Unnecessarily paid ₹2999 + GST and what they call postpaid services as Priority Service what a joke.

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @airtelindia the worst service provider I lost my Phone and I want to block my sim card on urgent basis I trying to block my sim card on call I try many times to connect with support but they didn't respond no never buy this sim again
