Horrible service by @airtelindia for DTH and broadband. For every option their IVR says "Open our thanks app" and their thanks app says "call us for better assistance". @reliancejio is going to be my immediate next provider.

@airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel. Despite being a premium customer of Airtel and having Enterprise accounts with more than 50 connections, the company is not taking efforts to resolve the network issue in our area. We have made the complaint thousands of times but no support received.

@airtelindia during complaint redressal I have black and white hard copy of my Aadhaar card whether your office at Kankarbagh,Patna, Bihar is seeking colour hard copy of Aadhaar Card. I think it is not right. Correct procedure needed at your office.
