  @IndianTechGuide Hey @airtelindia, what kind of joke is this? 🤡 You raise plan prices, call it "Unlimited 5G", and then silently slip a clause stating we can’t share it via mobile hotspot? If I pay for data, it is my data. I should be able to use it on my laptop, tablet, or phone as I see fit. Charging premium rates just to treat a basic smartphone feature like a crime is pathetic.   @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's high time you have an open transparent ticketing portal that's visible to customers. Otherwise, we keep raising issues but you don't even understand the issue. Also, few of your routers have software bugs and you act like you don't care.

  @airtelindia My Airtel number was deactivated automatically 2 weeks ago. Customer care couldn't help. It's linked to my bank and official documents. I'm in the UAE and can't visit an Airtel store. Please reactivate it remotely. +917895741075

  @AirtelIndia Your service is absolutely pathetic. I'm mentally exhausted by repeated billing issues, false commitments, poor customer support, and constant service failures. My personal life has been badly affected. I want to disconnect all my Airtel services immediately. Worst

  Frustrated with @airtelindia For the last 3 days, I've called customer care 5-6 times about my unlimited plan I'm paying premium but getting 0 benefits and suddenly no network coverage in the same place acc to cc ( still getting Priority 5g ) where it used to work fine Every single time they give the same useless replies: Restart your phone Toggle 5G Team is working on it This is the last time, no more issues Just wait 4 hours It's the same script on loop Why not replace these agents with Al that actually understands the problem? And Airtel india doesn't seem interested in actually resolving the issue at all, so what’s is the point of paying extra for unlimited 5g? Anyone else facing this? #airtel #airtelindia
