DrBSS (@drbss82) reported@airtelindia It's partly problem with pixel which switches to DSDS mode with dual sim. For testing purpose when I removed jio sim n maintained only airtel, it's always connects to 5g, with jio it always shows LTE.. will check other reasons n update.

Reduce the service to prepaid and postpaid customers to make them opt for extra paid services to get basic internet. The duopoly of Airtel and Jio makes them dictate whatever they want.
