Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan).     @airtelindia Despite this, I have received multiple calls asking for the reason again and repeatedly asking me to confirm my Wi-Fi account details. This unnecessarily wastes the customer's time.
