    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have been charged international roaming wo/ opting for it. Automatically activated without consent. Then consumed 8 mb of data in background. Charged 850rs~. Using airtel for more than 10yrs. Yet no solution. To all others, be cautious of this fraud

    What a ridiculous customer service system by @airtelindia. There is no option to speak to a human customer support representative. My mother's phone has an issue, but I can't reach any support executive. Time to switch to another network.

    @airtelindia I even tried to book a prepaid sim online, one of the airtel team called me and asked me to go with postpaid. This is worst part, that I requested for prepaid and they are forcing postpaid. I escalated via email as well, but no response till now

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid ₹1,500 on 18 July 2026 for a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection. However, the installation is still pending. No representative is giving me a clear update, and customer support is not responding properly. This is unacceptable.

    Dear @airtelindia, I have raised 3 SRs and sent emails, sharing my UPI ID, transaction ID, reference number, and payment proof every time. Yet every ticket is closed without resolution, and my services have been barred. Kindly resolve this immediately. Latest SR: 31-1000014958173

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a complaint yesterday, but NO technician has visited yet! The issue remains completely unresolved. Between the pathetic service and the extremely rude behavior of your technician, I am done. I want this connection cancelled immediately.
