  @airtelindia You automatically converted my prepaid broadband to postpaid without my consent just because I ported my Jio number to Airtel Postpaid. Customer support refuses to switch broadband to prepaid. Goodbye Airtel, switching to @BSNLCorporate.

  Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected.   @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

  @airtelindia I am vignesh, past 1 month my landline connection +914446472577 not working I tried to raise a complaint about this but I didn't found a way to complaint about landline there is only showing internet and wifi dth related only so please address this issue and rectify
