    @ACTFibernet’s query resolve service is ****. I raised a complain on 14th January and still it hasn’t been resolved. Pata nhi kya hi kar rahe hai. This is in Ahmedabad. I am genuinely considering a change to @airtelindia’s fiber services.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews fake claims. Worst service provider in case of Phone calls as well as Wifi. 5G doesn't work at all. Technician says websites naturally take time to load, than why am I using 5G? 5g ke price me 3G service provider karte hai ye log!

    @airtelindia I paid for your broadband connection on 2nd Jan 2022 and till now its installation is pending after almost 16 days. Tried to reach out to CSR but even they are of no help. This kind of delay is not expected from a brand like Airtel. #airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Even, no resolution after contacting their global support. I have lost my 2 days job at work, but entire staff is like that. They are carelessly saying to contact online and again online you cant dial 121 from Jio mobile. AirtelThqnks app is also not up

    @airtelindia don't understand on what basis charging 499 for the basis coper connection when the service and speed is poor the connection charged at the level of optical fiber #unsatisfiedcustomer only with airtel as not other option in my Area @JioCare is better
