    @airtelnews @airtelindia My DTH was down as the monkeys had chewed the drop wire. Told the personnel while lodginbg my complaint that the wire needs to be changed. The service guy comen in the morning and asks "Sir aapke pass wire hai". Disgusting behaviour.

    My account s debited thrice for RS.1582 (6 months recharge) on 10th November. This issue happened due to non-confirmation at your end & i thought the transaction won't go through however my bank debited Rs 4746 and also my subscription I got over in 6 months @airtelindia help

    @airtelindia it's been 6 days and nothing been done so far. I never knew this is how Airtel works. If they can't install DTH, I request Airtel to kindly refund my money so that I can switch to some other provider. My complaint no. is 43019894. Just replying to this msg won't work
