    I had severe network issue, my phone was on zero network for nearly 1.5 months. I registered a complaint on the customer care and also visited the Airtel store. I was assured that my issue will be solved within 10 days of registration of complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia I paid 3200+ for broadband connection, later the engineer refused that network connection can't be made due to feasibility issue.. please refund my amount

    I received a text message on 23 November 2020 stating that the complaint filed my me on 16 October 2020 has been resolved. Now Airtel has issued a bill of Rs 592.36 for the period for which there was no network on my phone. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    But no action was taken. Being frustrated with the network issue I applied for porting my number. As soon as porting request was initiated, I stated receiving calls from Airtel assuring me that action will be taken on priority basis @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Why should I do direct message to u as according to ur excutive if I call or message you in the given time period you guys extended my resolving time and do nothing to solve my problem in that time to as it's been 15 days after the complaint and nothing can change till date..
