@Nivedita_Shan @itgeniegroup @airtelindia Hamara mein dilli mein ni aata. WA call broadband se chalaate hein. Tens of time asked them. They have standard procedure to cool down such customer making him feel that they care and will solve your problem. But end result is they don't care.

@airtelindia as a customer for the past 10-11 years, i am forced to disassociate with airtel because you do not seem to have a solution to my predicament. A piece of advice, treat your customers right, We are loyal. Dont have some Pinki S raising her voice at us.
