@ACTFibernet’s query resolve service is ****. I raised a complain on 14th January and still it hasn’t been resolved. Pata nhi kya hi kar rahe hai. This is in Ahmedabad. I am genuinely considering a change to @airtelindia’s fiber services.

@airtelindia I paid for your broadband connection on 2nd Jan 2022 and till now its installation is pending after almost 16 days. Tried to reach out to CSR but even they are of no help. This kind of delay is not expected from a brand like Airtel. #airtel

@airtelindia don't understand on what basis charging 499 for the basis coper connection when the service and speed is poor the connection charged at the level of optical fiber #unsatisfiedcustomer only with airtel as not other option in my Area @JioCare is better
