  Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since 11:00 AM, and despite raising Service Request: 11035585484, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll share my experience .

  @jain_harshit @airtelindia should provide voice only plan instead of looting same amount from everyone irrespective of their need. They initially tried to ban WhatsApp calls as well. Supporting bad business practice will create a situation 15 years ago 10MB 10 Rs 1GB 249 rs plans again and you can’t do anything some other pig will support that also

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Gentle reminder. I have not received any update on my previous reply. I visited the Airtel Store on last Friday, but the store confirmed that my number is still mapped to Andhra Pradesh and remains deactivated, whereas your team informed me that it is active and unbarred and it's NCR region but My SIM still shows "No Service." The Airtel Store team is still insisting that I travel to the Airtel Store in Visakhapatnam to obtain a replacement SIM in my name. As I mentioned earlier, I have recently relocated to Gurugram for my job. Due to my work commitments, I am unable to take several days of leave. Travelling to Visakhapatnam would cost me approximately ₹25,000–₹30,000 and consume significant time. I kindly request you to consider an alternative solution or facilitate the SIM replacement in Gurugram This issue is severely affecting my daily life. All my UPI and banking services are linked to this number, so I am unable to complete OTP verification or use them. I am also unable to use services like Rapido,Uber, Food services and other services too because they require OTP verification. Since my number is deactivated, I am not receiving calls or SMS, and people trying to contact me are unable to reach me. Still Kindly verify the backend status, resolve this issue at the earliest, and let me know the expected timeline. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Hello @airtelindia i had a number in 2016-17 with me which was postpaid and i am currently also a black postpaid customer of airtel. I have checked that number is still with you unassigned. Can you help me get back that number as number is not my area and stores are unable.

  @BaluGorade @airtelindia Personally I use it as hotspot for my laptop on rare occasions when WiFi goes down. Signal keeps shuffling between 4g and 5g. So no big deal if it’s shifts to 4g. I don’t see much performance issues.
