Instead of fixing the network, Airtel is just copy-pasting the same generic replies to everyone. This is incredibly weak service. We both deserve real answers and a technician on-site.

Fate up with Airtel wifi, since 9 am there is no network 😢 this is too much..... They have increased tarrif but their services has been downgrade. It's really disgusting and I think it's high time to switch over another service provider @airtelindia
