Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia broadband services in Kolkata. While the connection goes off intermittently, the service guys do not bother to respond to your queries and complaints. Horrible horrible experience!

@airtelindia Your customer care response is pathetic. I had requested for a bill for my prepaid transaction, I was asked to update my e-mail id by calling 121 but there was no response. I have reached out to your e-mail support multiple times but there is no help from them.

Very disappointed with airtel broadband connection at Laalghati bhopal. it has been one week with no network if you call the airtel people then the only reply is work is under progress. Don’t know what to do. Hope someone would help here @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you promised to solve issue in 5hrs, then 7hrs and now it's after 2 days. What's the point of being so called premium customer. You need 2 days to solve a local link issue, where all my neighbors are not affected. Very customer friendly service.
