    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for a 300 Mbps plan from Airtel and barely crossing 200 Mbps. Frequent outages. WiFi stops working every other day for hours. Technician comes and reset the network “by mistake”, had to reconnect all devices and still the speed sucks.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It seems its your plan to frustate customer for so many days without giving any genuine faith in airtel service so that customer pays bill before due date. So congrats i have paid your *manipulated bill* and its time to switch to other service provider.

    It has been more than 48hrs now without internet @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and the service engineer is not at picking the call. The customer care is giving pre defined answers rather than solution! SHAME
