    @jagograhakjago I raised complaint against @airtelindia , mailed and called you many times but never received any reply. Their employee frauded me by not mentioning adequate information for the xstream box, before installation. And now it's functioning properly.

    @airtelindia Why there is very poor support when asking about high pings . The ping issue should be solved as soon as possible in Patna Shocked to here customer care saying i have no information about ping!!!
