    Hi @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia, I raised a service ticket on April 20 with ticket number #RTPRV5EST20230417697770. Your team has closed the ticket without resolving the issue or updating me. My experience with your customer service has been extremely disappointing.

    Such a pathetic network of @airtelindia . I can't use Airtel network after 12:00AM #Airtel #AirtelDownagain Oh come on don't DM me if you can't resolve the matter Complaint was registered in mid of April and I am sure it will continue for longer periods of time .

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw I AM FACING PROBLEM IN new SIM CARD activation for a old mobile number and VISTED AIRTEL STORE ON 26 th MARCH 2023 and was INFORMed that IT WILL ACTIVATEd WITH IN 4 HOUR BUT TILL NOW MORE THEN 30 DAYS NEW SIM and old sim both are inactive.
