    @airtelindia Because of your service everyone is moving to other networks. I tried to pay wi fi, money get deducted but got message aftet sometime failed. The only reason is I tried degrading plan everything is a tactic to customers. Will never use your service again

    @airtelindia @airtelindia poor service and customer grievance facility. Have applied for broadband and paid the fee on 18/11/2021, but despite ur "so called 24-48 hrs installation service", broadband hasn't been installed till date.
