    @VodafoneIN Hi @VodafoneIN. Thank you for the swift reply. I will definitely get in touch with you once I am sure that @airtelindia is incapable of resolving the above mentioned issue. It is really bad that we pay more and get so less to use. Please hold on @VodafoneIN.

    Dear @airtelindia , my request for broadband is pending for very long time. I get daily marketing message from Airtel to request for new connection but when I request, it says we can’t service you. Why you send message when you can’t process.There is Airtel line where I live.

Iam facing serious challenges to comply The Airtel executives are pathetic in service delivery and very unprofessional. I don't see how @TRAI commended you on your telecom capability.     So two major issues and no solution. 1. Not able to use data. 2. Call waiting not getting enabled. To note, that their are two other @airtelindia Postpaid Sim cards in the same house in the same family plan and they work perfectly fine.

    @airtelindia @AirtelCares1 We have a corporate PRI line and our outgoing calls are not working since 4 days. Complaints to customer care and the dedicated RM not yielding results. Imagine the loss we are facing due to this paying monthly such high bills.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have broadband connection. I called at Noida office for shifting my connection to new address. The person asked me to get a new connection instead. Sounded very unprofessional If I have to get new connection I will change the service provider too
