    @TRAI If telecom companies doesn't provide network kindly fine them, they charge for 3 months in Advanced and people stuck for 3 months with worst network like @airtelindia @Idea @VodafoneIN @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India What about the request you raised on 13th Oct 2019 & a new service request generated without closing previous request. Fed up within a month of porting to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Now from next month my primary sim will be ported with @reliancejio

    Fedup with the @airtelindia dth services since last 2 months we are not getting certain channels that's part of subscription. Local agents are not supporting at all. Customer care is only IVRS no human agent are available, Thanks App has useless chat boat! Decided to switch!

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹399 plan (valid till 6 April 2026) and ₹219 plan (valid till 14 April 2026), yet outgoing calls show “Outgoing service has ended.” I have repeatedly visited the Airtel store, contacted customer care, and even swapped my SIM twice—still no solution

They took 5-months & that too after i filed a complaint with CPGRAMS, not to mention an endless trail mail. I'm still waiting for their reply as to what took them so long.

    I have contacted customer service many times and raised this issue repeatedly, but nothing has improved. It is very frustrating that despite repeated complaints, there has been no real action on the ground. @airtelindia
