    Well Played @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is how u cheat ur customer. U technician came and said that it's a old router and he is replacing it with other maintaince router. I took this Broadband connection 5 months back and the engineer told me it's a new one. WOW

    @airtelindia I have been using airtel broadband from last 4 yrs and I have never faced an issue where the tickets are closed without resolving the issue. Previously issues were getting resolved in no time but now I have been running before them from last 1 week. Pathetic

    Absolutely horrible service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My broadband has been down since the past 4 days now and there's no way that I can contact customer care nor are they putting any effort to fix it. The incoming calls just elongate the process by 2 days. Disappointed.
