    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TOIMumbai again Airtel broadband not working and line man doesn’t have any clue what’s the matter, it’s been more than 2 days and he is not able to provide an proper answer, hope Airtel proactively looks into it.

    @airtelindia , my complaint for mob network issue is pending since 08/08/21. Airtel team is not even bothered to contact me and I am unaware that when the issue will be resolved. @airtelindia is raising bills even after non-delivery of services. Is this your standard of service?
