    Hi I get recharge done every month from the prepaid plan issued by you. But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Why is the validity not covered for the entire month as per the recharge? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, Had very bad experience with the aritel xtream fiber new connection. Installation scheduled and were promised to be done by April 30th but the installation rescheduled multiple times without any reasons. Negative responses from sale and technician.Please resolve it

    My Fixedline Number is 033 4001 0135 and I upgraded my plan to 1499 a few months back to get 300 mbps speed but I have not been getting speed more than 60 mbps. I have lodged numerous complaints but no one seems to do anything about it. Please help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
