    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday, and this happens for at least 2–3 days every month. We are charged for the full month, but even a one-day payment delay results in penalties. Please resolve this issue and provide an adjustment for the service outage.

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel Black customer, and one of my mobile connections has no mobile data. Despite raising multiple complaints, your IVR still starts only in Hindi, making it difficult to access support in English. This is very disappointing. Please resolve both the mobile data issue and provide an English IVR option.

    @airtelindia Customer from 25+ years. I logged a case today that is supposedly going to be resolved ETA 23 July (15 days). Your decision of not having an oncall support means customers need to commute to nearest Airtel Center to get issue resolved. Extremely poor service.
