Hey @airtelindia , I had recharged my parents mobile number with the requisite charges via the online medium to avoid discontinuation of her Outgoing services. However, the Outgoing services have been discontinued. Please help in restoring the same.

@airtelindia pathetic service, it has been more than 24 hours but my xstram fibre account has been reactivated, I have put it in safety box. Customer care is helpless even conforming the payment received. Irony is they avtivate the account within 4 hrs for new connection.
