    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    I don't like to use your Airtel app and till date I have never received any invoice on my registered email id also. Didn't know @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hires goons to do recovery for invoice not even delivered to me.

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team , I recharged my DTH of Rs 320 and I got to know that Rs 25 deducted instead of 10 . Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .

    @airtelbank Mistakenly transferred ₹1426 to a wrong account. Raised complaints last night via mail. Request Nos: 6782840888146 & 6782842460824-1. Customer care said 24hrs, but still no proper update or resolution. Reverse my money immediately. @AirtelBank @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI - Response email - We have found that service request has already been raised for the issue of being unable to make payment in the app under reference number 11033981213 The same is expected to be resolved by 03-07-2026 at 11:21 AM. and my wi fi expires today

    @airtelindia - you charge us wrongly and customer support is pathetic to even refund it even though they accpet that its airtel's fault. This is lame customer support. Same standard auto-replies with no redressal from over 2 weeks.

    I purchased @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your Unlimited 5G plan, yet my daily data keeps getting exhausted despite staying connected to the 5G network. I've already reported this issue through customer support and shared the requested details, but there has been no resolution.

    At my location when two 5g devices (both have subscribed to the same Airtel pack promising 5g ), One gets a good 5g speed and on the other hand, My device even after indicating 5g - is consistently facing network issues. @airtelindia
