    Well Played @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is how u cheat ur customer. U technician came and said that it's a old router and he is replacing it with other maintaince router. I took this Broadband connection 5 months back and the engineer told me it's a new one. WOW

    Unfortunately @airtelindia is not giving customer care service as expected by their customers in Maharashtra.They deal with the customers who are comfortable with hindi/English but they ask marathi speaking customers to change their language to hindi/eng to address their issue.
