    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team , I recharged my DTH of Rs 320 and I got to know that Rs 25 deducted instead of 10 . Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    @airtelindia I paid my broadband bill after your executive confirmed payment on call. Yet it’s STILL showing as due, and I’m getting daily reminder calls despite paying. This is unacceptable service. Kindly resolve this on priority and confirm in writing. #AirtelBroadband

    @airtelindia I contacted Airtel support regarding my Airtel Fiber issue on 30 June and 10th july. Surprisingly, I didn't receive a complaint/ticket number on either occasion, and my issue is still unresolved.

    Has anyone tried to get any service from @airtelindia ? They have zero customer service when you have an issue and every time I try to close my account, they just put me on hold for 40 mins and then disconnect the call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also recharged my Airtel number, but the validity did not continue as I expected. When I contacted customer care, I was only referred to the terms & conditions instead of being given a satisfactory resolution.

    @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi service is the worst. We are facing connectivity issues every day, and despite repeated complaints, the problem has not been resolved. We have now decided to remove all your connections from our society. Around 15–20 connections will be disconnected
