Got some follow up calls, the last one said 'your complaint is not closed, we will surely work on it'. This was around 2 months ago and still the network works as shit. 4G,volte. No change. No improvement.

Called airtel helpline who said delivery services stopped and to call store whose number was not available with support. Shall I look forward to the card or try some other service provider.
