    @airtelindia Poor service. Booked broadband and dth installation today. Order number 1-H5FJXAC. Vinay who is responsible for installation have defaulted his committment twice today and now stopped answering calls. He can be reached at 9289362688. Can someone pl look into this

    @airtelindia how to get a new sim if the person in whose name sim is registered is outside the country? Don't you have a resolution for these types of cases or should I be stuck with your policy of making the original person knock be present for the new sim? #airtellhelp

    @airtelindia Airtel’s "Priority Postpaid" is really bad i believe internet has to be equal for all users regardless of how much they can pay and hence both indian telecom companies are making profit . so why they do these is pure greedy behavior internet is a fundamental right

    Airtel has become horrible from the past few weeks. Can't make calls, no incoming calls getting connected. Funny part is even customer care num 121 doesn't go beyond first set of recorded options. Ridiculous. Porting out could be better. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet It’s beyond frustrating. I have had the same issue twice in the first month of coming onboard. I am using @airtelindia wifi back home the last 3-4 years and such instances have rarely occurred. What are you doing wrong? @ACTFibernet

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. My eSIM activation failed after 12 hrs. Visited the Himayat Nagar store for help, only to be dismissed by unhelpful staff who refused to assist or provide a feedback book. Resolve this immediately! Very poor service.
