The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.
