Escalated the issue to Airtel appellate that the online payment goes in someone else account and provided 8 case id that was closed without solution in 1 month Response: Your case has been closed. Now I understand why Airtel is so pathetic @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia - claiming to have 5G in Bangalore is an eyewash. It barely works. Only 2 or 3 areas get 5G. All others are 4G only. If I select 5G setting on my phone it becomes erratic. Poor implementation. @Airtel_Presence #5G #Airtel5G
