    Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

    @airtelindia No point in just keep on launching plans / packages etc. Over Cost reduction is a Curse in Telecom. Airtel has gone to extreme. Offer Good Quality Broadband Modem and Cables first to support high quality signals that don't break or pulse doesn't goes down.Continuous!

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    @airtelindia This is Pathetic. Half a day gone. Still no one from Airtel has bothered to call me for Airtel broadband shifting. I even called your customer service and Gopal, the senior manager said he will get me a call back within four hours. Still awaiting the same. Shameful !

    @airtelindia just when I think how worse internet speed and connectivity can get. You guys set another bar for that. Airtel provides so much of different services and products. But the basic service(internet) is so much worse that you can't even run and enjoy other services.
