  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

  My elderly parents’ Airtel connections (both linked to my account/ID) with 1-year plans were suddenly suspended without any prior notification. They are now struggling to reactivate the same numbers. The service center is demanding ₹2000 per SIM. This is how you care for your loyal senior customers?
