    @airtelindia every time i face any kind of internet issue i have to call on 121 and there i have to put a complaint (after listening to a lot of unavoidable ivr commands) . The problem gets resolved within a week and everything works perfect for a week .

    Worst ever service by airtel. Day by day internet speed decreasing and few times it is not working having the 4g network.I am at present at a capital city of state. If it is the condition of a city then what would be the condition at rural areas. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I've been using Bharti fibre for a while. They stop internet service for at least 3 hours each time. When we call them, they don't pick up; the only thing they leave in their message is a time and nothing else. Very pathetic experience. 😡 @airtelindia kindly retweet.

    @airtelindia I think with the introduction on platinum plan you can get an excuse for providing bad service for other plans. FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

    @airtelindia Selling "priority" postpaid plans is hard to justify when your 4G network cannot consistently deliver even 30 Mbps. While 4G is designed for speeds of 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps, users are often left with performance that barely matches 3G.

    @airtelindia closed down my wifi after multiple requests to shift wifi connection and it wasn't done. Also made a request to close it down but that request was also not accepted. Why should i pay the bill now?
