@airtelindia I think with the introduction on platinum plan you can get an excuse for providing bad service for other plans. FYI this number is also part of the 999 family plan so don't know why this number also shouldn't be platinum privileged. Network is still pathetic.

@airtelindia your network in lockdown is it? When the world is transitioning to WFH & you say Stay Connected with dear ones and your network is erratic for days then neither can be achieved. Productivity is 0. And service request will be closed in 8 days.

@airtelindia i am having Airtel Xstream broadband dsl I'd 0319212863350. However with Rs 999 plan +gst i am being provided data capping instead of unlimited data . On ur website also it has been mentioned unlimited plan. Please fix the issue.
