Hi @airtelindia, have you switched Bhubaneswar permanently to 2G? For every minute of '4G', the network shows several minutes of 'E'. This has been the case for months now.

I had made a recharge of Rs 698/- on airtel app. The amount got deducted from acct but the recharge wasn’t done.Visited the Airtel store. But the service executive was of no help. It has been 4 days but it hasn’t been refunded.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this

Yesterday I called @airtelindia customer care for aome basic doubts and it got cleared. But after that I got around 5-6 calls from @airtelindia marketing IVRS. It was like I did a mistake by calling them. During office hours its very annoying!

Hi @airtelindia The Rule is That Your Incoming and Outgoing Calls will Only Be Active by Recharging Rs 79 Per Month. But Where we Link All Our Personal Numbers Like the Bank, The Aadhaar Card Will Only Get its Incoming Message if We Recharge it ... It is Bad For Us.

Very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio 10 days no phone calls no engineer visit. Only excuses... we are working, technical issues etc. etc . Jio fibre..... Not Recommended . @airtelindia now i have to change my mind, they never gonna solve my problem. I want Airtel fibre

Hey, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Why is there no ₹239/- 1.5GB/day 28 days recharge plan on my number, other Airtel numbers have it. Why not give the same recharge plans to everyone? Will the ₹239/- plan be activated on my number or should I port it to another network?

It's been 3 days and my Wifi keeps disappearing between 2PM and 10PM. No resolution until now from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Everyday they open a new complaint and assure me a technician will visit. No one comes. Is this what I pay for? Pathetic service. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I did a MNP from Airtel postpaid to Jio postpaid and today i got a text saying there is an outstanding balance of 28.5 due on my Airtel. I can't find an option to pay this amount. Not able to dial Airtel customer care. Please help how can i pay this money.
