I've been using Bharti fibre for a while. They stop internet service for at least 3 hours each time. When we call them, they don't pick up; the only thing they leave in their message is a time and nothing else. Very pathetic experience. 😡 @airtelindia kindly retweet.

You can't send a single msg if you dont have a plan of ₹129 and above.... 49, 79 or any topup also dont allow, u can't send messages... You dont have even separate SMS plans.. what a bad plan and service.. This will not help in retaining customers..@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
