    @airtelindia after calling the customer care I came to know that entire internet services are down for 4 hours in maharashtra circle.. strange that such communication are not given to customers before hand

    When i m calling 1503,customer care number of @BSNLCorporate it does not connect to the call center executive. No wonder u r loosing customer to @airtelindia. @GoI_MeitY @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP can surely do something abt it.
