    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we already use Airtel DTH and all 3 members in our family use Airtel network in our mobile devices as well. now we want Airtel fibre connection but that’s not available in our region right not my family wish to have more Airtel services. Please help

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I just had an hour long discussion with customer care associates regarding Airtel broadband. Issue is, I have paid 17000 for 40mbps internet connection vis-a-vis INR 4990 and nobody told me that I was being cheated. #AirtelNoThank

    That would take at least two months to resolve. But the highlight is that none of the people in customer care knew that there was a marine cable issue, because when I asked them, they told me that there was no issue like that. I don’t know who lied. @airtelindia @airtelnews
