    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you guys really need to work faster on restoring internet services when it is down. Everything is so advanced nowadays but you guys are still giving excuses of technical issues. It's been down since morning but still not restored. Ridiculous.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India they have charged for Netflix , I have not subscribed neither i am using Netflix still by force it is charged , Netflix was promised as a free service but still they are charging attaching the sms from Airtel

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service IVR options + Airtel mobile app There's no option to add a new Airtel coupon code. One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!

    Since 09/04/2026, my WiFi billing period is running, but the purpose of taking this combo connection was specifically to use DTH and watch TV. Because Airtel failed to install DTH, my paid service period is getting wasted. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.

    @airtelindia I called customer care to fix my connection—no call back, no resolution till now. But the moment I mistakenly asked for a new connection, I got 10 calls instantly. So sales is fast, but service is zero? This is extremely frustrating. Fix my issue ASAP. 😠 😡
