    @airtelindia installed hispeed fiber broadband on 22 Nov stopped working on 22 Nov rectified on 5 Dec, stopped working on 6 Dec started again on 7 Dec stopped on 15 Dec not working despite complaints and calls. Return my money NOW.

    Dear @airtelindia my WiFi has been working since 11th of may 2026 and even after multiple calls to the customer service the issue hasn’t been fixed. No engineer is assigned. P.S : due to wfh I have installed WiFi and now to work I need to purchase data packs….what a service

    4 days without internet. Multiple service requests. No technician visit. Yet Airtel keeps marking it “resolved.” Now they say it may take 5 more days. Internet is essential for my work. This is pathetic service and it’s causing serious mental stress. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
