    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence The issue still isn't fixed. I'm unable to pay my bill, or that of my parents. But we've already received an email and 2 SMS each saying today's the last day for payment. Are you prepared to lose 4 mobile, 1 broadband and 1 dth connection @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia When I called the technician regarding the internet issue, he denied providing proper support and behaved very rudely with me as well as with my father. The technician’s name is Mohammad Samdhani, and his mobile number is 9502332193. Such unprofessional behavior from your staff

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.
