@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst airtel speed in samata Colony khamgaon . From 5-6 days Airtel is not doing well. Even single whatsApp message can't send by this network . Now this tweet is done with the help of wiFi . Now I am thinking to switch my network into jio.

@airtelindia Please don't waste money on advertising or digital marketing when you cannot provide fiber connections nor stable internet services. Worse is your employees don't respond to mails or answer calls. Teach them basic courtesy and essentials of customer service.

@airtelindia horrible customer service. Not a single person is picking calls to solve the internet issues at my place. Worst thing someone can expect in work from home conditions. Trying to reach multiple people from airtel but for no avail.
